The staff here at Bethany Medical center are very professional and extremely nice. They make my visits very easy. Nurse Iness makes me feel very comfortable and at ease. It is as if I am talking to a friend when speaking to her.

The providers are good. Theyre over scheduled which kind of makes you feel like its all about money and not your health. They dont have much time to spend with you at all. If you ever need something and you call good luck getting through. You almost always end up having to leave a voicemail and then you never ever get called back. They really need to step up actually answering and returning calls. Also Ive waited as long as 15 minutes just to get checked in and then they tell your provider you were late when you were on Tim and even early. Reception in most locations Ive visited definitely needs work. I really like my doctors and if it wasnt for that Id probably find different ones somewhere entirely different. Its because of the lack of attention not because of the providers and nurses. 5 stars for doctors and nurses. 1 star for the clerical side.

Dr. Foster is my pain management physician. He is great. He goes above and beyond to describe the medication he prescribes in detail as well as the possible side effects and the overall achieved goal. He is a very thorough doctor and I have not had any issues with him. I love the fact that he is a veteran like myself also. The staff is super friendly as well beginning with check in interacting with the nurses and lastly upon checkout. I’m very happy with this practice and would not hesitate to refer anyone.

I really like going to my Dr appointments except driving . My Dr is really great very nice always concerned about MY health very rare now days Dr Pat Ohenhen is a very good and compassionate person I would like to give 10 gold stars but only have five

Called on September 14th for October 19th initial visit for my husband and I. I was told that would be good they had lots of openings that day. First of October received a text and email stating that our appointments were canceled. After verifying my husband did not cancel I called the office. I was told by receptionist she would find out and call me back. Never received a call. I called again the next day was told well it’s nothing you did I said I know that’s why I am calling. Once again told they would find out and call me back. Never happened. Very unprofessional to cancel an appointment and not call to reschedule. Also to have 2 different people lie and say they will call you back. Never will try this group at any of their locations. Good luck if you need an appointment on October 19 2021.

I have had the best help from Dr Rachel Mc Coy an staff. Dr Mc Coy has given me the best treatment with my Covid experience.I love Bethany Medical an they apply 100% to helping you get better.Thanks Guys

My partner went here for a routine check up. We received a bill for a test that our insurance suspects was coded incorrectly given it was a preventative appointment. We’ve been calling Bethany Medical for weeks to resolve. They mostly don’t pick up and when they do the billing dept is literally always “unavailable.” We’re considering paying the bill to simply avoid going to collections. This place feels VERY scammy. Avoid.Update emailed the address given in the reply minutes after it was posted and haven’t heard back.
