The experience was great with staff untill I was finish an it took days to handle my situation an she laughed at the fact of her not taking care of it .Dont I repeat dont go by this staffs word .Recheck on your stuff.Im sure people have been jammed up due to there mistake.

These guys never answer their phone its rediculous.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ASSESSMENT ORGANIZATION. They take your money will not mail the results to the DMV medical review board and to add insult to injury WILL NOT answer the phone so that theyre inadequate seas can be addressed

Great place couldn’t recommend it more. Jan Boyce is a kind lady that really helped me. I had already taken classes at a separate establishment just didn’t have the e508 form filled out by a “dui assesment agency” and I wasted 110 dollars paying a agency in Asheboro that literally took my money and ran not even health and human services could get up with the place. Anyway I went to ACDM they didn’t yank me around and try to make me do more classes they did do an assessment to I guess cover their own behinds but besides that flash forward about a week and a half and I am going in the morning to get my license back

It is extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone. I have left so many voicemails and I have to call 10 times a day to speak with someone only for them to tell me that they will have to call me back with results. Of course I dont get a call back so I call again and again. Its been 2 years and Im so frustrated with it all. Ive completed everything and all I want is for them to push my paperwork forward and let me know the steps to take from there but I keep getting the run around. That administration fee is a total RIP off youre paying to do all the work yourself and work even harder to hear from someone. Please do better Hire more people communicate more and care more. I am not at all pleased with this place. I do NOT recommend it

I could not be more satisfied with the experience I had at this place. Jan Boyce is an amazing woman and makes the class extremely enjoyable.

Do yourself a favor and call another establishment. They are rude condescending and treat everyone like they are scum. They also randomly drug test even if you are not there for drugs and add time which equals more $ for them to your rehab plan for any and every reason they can think of. Money racket and rude .... I give them negative 5 stars

Ive called total of 15x in one day NO ANSWER that is ridiculous faxed paper work in multiple times and the people in office claim not to have it. Please think twice before using this office.

I cant possibly say enough about how GREAT this place and JAN BOYCE are After having a BAD experience starting off with AlCon I started over here. The instructor is the just the BEST The classes are so very educational while given in a comfortable environment. Doesnt feel like a class but a meeting where everyone gets to know and cares for each other. Jan is a kind and caring person and you cant help but like her immediately. And she genuinely cares for us as well. Having been in and out of AA and different forms of required classes such as TASC I found it so refreshing to actually LEARN SOMETHING I didnt know. And thats just what happens here...it became something to which I looked forward never dreaded. I just completed my 40 hours but will continue to go back from time to time simply because I enjoyed it. There is another person in my group who still goes and he completed his hours a couple of months ago. Our class is held in a big comfy room with sofas and Jan keeps a full candy dish for us as well...a nice touch. The office is a busy place so when you call you MUST LEAVE A MESSAGE Someone ALWAYS calls you back. While it might be typical not to always get an answer when you call thats simply because they are busy. But one of them will always call you back. Theresa John or Jan. They make a great team and I would refer anyone here in a heartbeat. I cant imagine going anywhere else. If you are required to get an alcohol assessment the best thing you can do for yourself is CALL ACDM
