I really liked Dr. Cabbell. For anyone that has left negative reviews on here how could you? He is great!! Very thorough, very kind, great sense of humor. I will be back if I need his services again for sure!! And if you are waiting a while maybe it’s because he takes his time with his patients. I will wait all day for a doctor like that!! Thank you Dr. Cabbell!!

Dr. David Jones was awesome! He was very good about explaining things and the surgical center could not have been any nicer. I expected to be in more pain with a longer recovery time and I was pleasantly surprised. Each time I visit, I feel he is very attentive and truly concerned about my health. I highly recommend Dr.Jones!!!

Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine Associates - Greensboro, NC Future patients please be very cautious! Spinal fusion performed 03/07/2022 resulted in damage to my L5 and S1 including phalanges according to my Neurologist of whom pairs with a separate entity. Repercussions: use of Drive four wheel walker mandatory in excess of 50 feet, pain persists, loss of balance, inability to stand on tiptoes and quadricep muscle strength depletion. After surgery visits were contradictory. Second MRI was scheduled and I cancelled simply due to research, expense and CNSA's greed and lack of concern! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Gary Cram for several years. He is the absolute best !! He’s the most caring physician I’ve ever known. All of the staff are wonderful as well !!!

Dr Cram and staff are the best! I have had nothing but professional, kind and excellent care and treatment. After my back surgery, Dr Cram has given me my life back. He has always been confident and that gave me confidence and peace of mind and settled my fears.
