Cone Health Primary Care At Forest Oaks's Online Review Report Card

Had to call a great amount of times to even get a hold of someone. When I finally did it took me calling two more times to get a hold of someone. A nurse by the name of “Tim” called me back and he had a VERY rude tone. I told him that I was waiting on my prescription and he proceeded to ask “the doctor didn’t give it when you were here?” after I literally said that I received my test results TODAY the same day I called he told me that I will have to wait probably a few days because they are busy. Like what? You’re telling me that someone is sick and have to wait on y’all to send a prescription when that is literally your job. He needs to be FIRED the way that he talked to me was insane. Safe to say that this is the only urgent care I’d go to and I never experienced this. Every nurse that I came in contact with here is always pleasant. I will also be contact the cone complaint line.

The staff at not only this facility but also the triage nurse I spoke to you’re an angel Leslie were incredibly nice and helpful. I was traveling out of state from my home in GA and went to 5 different urgent cares being turned away at each one. I walked right into this facility and was in front of a provider 10 minutes later. Everyone was very knowledgeable and respectful and were able to help me with my issue

The ones in the front desk they’re very very unprofessional I don’t understand how the owners or person in charge of this facility can allow such unprofessional receptionist. I was told today that if I miss or reschedule an appointment after 24hr more than 3x that I won’t be able to be seen and will have to find another doctor else where. Kiana told me I have missed one last year and 3x this year no one ever picks up the phone to reschedule my appointment when I call ahead of time and another time I was in quarantine waiting for my covd results because I was very sick and again no one answers the PHONES when calling on time to reschedule appointment. So how is this a patient fault??? I can’t stand this place and currently searching for another internal medicine. The only thing I liked about this place was Dr.Wallace she’s an awesome doctor but these unprofessional receptionist that doesn’t tell you the policy or even picks up the phones are so horrible. Wish to give them a fat zero... disgusted

My whole family goes here for our primary doctor.I have nothing bad to say about this place. We love our doctor and all the staff.

No one ever answers the phone I’m choosing to go to another practice simply because of this. Can never reach anyone to make or cancel an appointment

Lately they never answer the phone. Not sure what’s going on I used to love this place but now you can never get ahold of anyone there so it’s kind of useless.
