Went to cones Health Care on Church Street North Church Street in GreensboroWas scheduled for an MRI at 5 in the afternoonGot there at 4Everything 5.Lets go now you have to do it now or else and I said well you know tried to do it to The man was rudeTold me I shouldnt be on certain medications hes not even a doctor he was rude and very unprofessionalgentleman was nothing but rude he put me down as I came out telling me how people shouldnt be taking opiates and all this this man has no clue who he was talking to

Although it sounds trite there is no other way for me to describe any Cone Health office they are the creme de la cream the top the BEST at what they do. Make a list of qualities you expect from your healthcare providers and Cone fits the bill. Oh and if they should make a mistake or things arent just right they work very hard to make it right. I know I sound like a commercial but it is all true.

My doctor wanted me to be tested so I called to see what it would cost. They couldnt or wouldnt tell me. Called my insurance they told be it would just be a copay to a specialist. Well after the test I got a bill for $2070. The total bill was $2856 but the insurance paid $785. Its no wonder they wouldnt tell me the cost. I would never have done the test. I think they are dishonest by refusing to tell you the cost. So beware. So much for the Hippocratic Oath do no harm.

They did change a lot of their methods for safety reasons.

Weve had a great experience with this office. Very easy to communicate with by phone or messaging in the app. The doctors and nurses are kind and friendly. Dr Alexander is wonderful

The staff were friendly knowledgeable and professional. Both the nurse and the PAErin O’Malley listened to me and provided treatment appropriate to my symptoms. I was in and out in less than an hour. I will definitely use them again should the occasion warrant it.

I was sent to Cone Health for sleep study by heart doctor. Facility and staff were nice but they said the doctor would read the results and get back to me in 5 to 7 business days. Five weeks later they sent me an $800 bill after insurance but no test results. Heart doctor skimmed over results and said I had sleep apnea but no follow up. I guess me stopping breathing at night is not that important.

As a newbie CPAP user with a different provider for supplies I was struggling. This morning I met Vernon at CHSDC who fitted me with a mask it might be possible to sleep in. This took place in a sparkling clean facility with a comfortable bed so I could get an idea of how well the new setup might work in my own home.I walked in despairing that I would ever be able to sleep with this obnoxious machine on my face. Vernon with his calm soothing manner and thorough catalog of remedies for problem sleepers gave me hope that I might have restful sleep in my future after all.
