Made an online appt for exray of my painful knee. When I got there next day at appt time she said Noone to do x-rays today. No one got in touch with me and told me that. I went over there with all that pain.then said dr would look at it. Well appts. Mean nothing. There were only 2 people in waiting room.one after me.i Sat there for 45 minutes. Then taken to back. Rude people all of them. Sat in back room for 20 more minutes. Over an hour of my appt time. Told them I was in pain. I started feeling sick and fainty. Told her I was leaving I was feeling so bad from the pain. She told me everyone has pain. It was a horrible experience. From sitting g there so long in those chairs. They also put on my chart I was seen by a Dr. I was not seen i left...Incorrect information was posted. Good luck to everyone else.

I thought I’d broken my toe. They X-rayed and found I had sprained it pretty badly. It was late on Saturday shortly before closing. They were very patient and caring. Fitted me with a boot. I was there less than 30 minutes. I had been there twice before. Always good care and caring personnel.

Came in to have my baby seen. Receptionist is nonchalant and rude as ever. With her low haircut she didn’t acknowledge that my baby and I was standing waiting to be seen she picked up the phone and spoke to whoever and not once said one second or anything to me so I sat down being my baby carrier was heavy. She checked a few people in then asked if I’d been checked in 🧐 uh did you check me in. So she wanted to argue a little then checked me in. My baby has a fever of 103 and they called everyone back before us even those that came in after us. Our doctors office was booked and the hospital was jam packed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. No wonder there’s always new staff here.
