Everyone that I interacted with here was so professional and caring. Highly, highly recommend. The receptionist was so kind, the nurse and PA were excellent and took great care to make me feel comfortable, and the phlebotomist who did my bloodwork was excellent, didn’t even leave a bruise. I will go out of my way to visit this location next time I need an urgent care. It was a bit of a wait when I went (around 40 minutes on a weekday afternoon) but worth it for the excellent care I received.

I always have great service when me and my family visit this urgent care. Staff is always professional and friendly. Wait times vary but I've found that scheduling ahead of time always makes the visit that much smoother.

One of the best kept secrets in Greensboro as far as health care services goes! I arrived and was seen with a minimal wait (I did, however, set an appointment). Shastaray, Mariela, Jessica, Dr. Mani and Team were very personable and detailed. I felt like an MVP! THANK YOU ALL!

Wonderful care. Rochell was kind and efficient getting us checked in, Adriana was great during triage. Jodi was thorough in assessing my son, and listened to his complaints.

The front counter lady is was great keep her, but get rid of the rude Latino lady who acts rude to customers who actually work for a living not escort people. Get rid of the blonde dr who judges you and was rude, come to the real work side ladies get some of these equal rights yall fight about. I'll die and bleed out before I come back here or to anything cone. They have rude dr and nurses no matter how nice you are to them. Those women up the are Catch U Next Tuesday.

I'm totally not surprised at the EXCELLENT care I received from this facility. The front office receptionist was professional and friendly as always. The nurse that took my vitals was pleasant and caring. The PA listened attentively and patiently as I explained my reason for the visit. The x-ray tech was very sweet and understand during my time with her. The nurse that gave me my injection was friendly and gentle with the needle. It's extremely reassuring that you're in GOOD hands when the ENTIRE staff listed above preformed their part with respect to my needs. Thank you! B. Gordon
