List of Daniel Jacobs's Reviews
Dr. Jacobs is thorough, clear and pleasant. He's been my GI for over 12 years and I feel is a partner in my GI health.
He is awesome! As a Nurse when you get to observe the care that doctors provide. H3 is one of the best
Daniel P Jacobs enjoys using MyChart to spread his little lies. His first statement is, Patient and a family member never knew why the patient was here. Seriously, this is coming from a doctor? His 2nd statement, Patient provides a lot of history that her son disagrees with, another bold face lie. His 3rd statement, her son is not aware that she is having significant abdominal pains. Every year my Mother has been required to do lab work. Medical staff then follow up on her MyChart telling her what is wrong, flagging this and flagging that, this is low, this is high, and every year, they do completely nothing to treat her conditions. I do want to thank Dr. Patrick D. Hung, for removing my Mother's gallstones. While many American doctors are doing nothing but spitting out fancy medical terms to look good, Dr. Patrick D. Hung is one of them that's actually treating his patients.
Rescheduled my appointment due to Inclimate weather six weeeks later. Dr. Jacobs himself is intelligent and friendly, if you manage to get in to see him.
He was one of the do Doctors I had I would go back to him every time

I was impressed with the care attention easy of my procedure. I’m new to this location so this was a very reassuring experience. I would recommend Dr Jacobs and staff.
During my first colonoscopy I encountered a small abnormal growth about the size of a pencil eraser. Dr. Jacobs said surgery is no big deal, however I'm confident I cant take it out with another colonoscopy. So after another round of prep, he goes back in and does not even remove the growth. During both procedures he marks the growth with Indian ink for the surgeon. The surgery was supposed to be a laparoscopic surgery with four small holes. Ended up with 2 incisions, one being a four inch long incision above the navel, and the other being a 2 inch long incision below the navel due to Dr. Jacobs missing the mark twice. Afterwards was a 6 day long hospital stay and very painful recovery. Hope you aren't a young lady wanting to get into your two piece swimsuit.

Complete waste of time, & $$$$ huge extra billing for unnecessary & worthless colonoscopy. But then again, the Company IS called "Lebauer Colonoscopies 'R' Us." So for all your dangerous, useless & over-priced procedures, be sure to call us! Oh wait, it's not your decision....

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
