Awful Experience and zero follow through. I waited 2 hours to be told in a 5 minute appointment my case was too complex and he couldn’t help me and would write a referral. Wow! I got a referral to see him not to be casted off in 5 minutes. On top of already knowing he wouldn’t even try to help why was I not called and told he can’t accept me to save us both time and a pricey copay? I appreciate the nurse caring and wanting me to go somewhere closer than the hour long drive referral when my foot is completely numb and I can barely walk let alone drive! On top of all of this when the nurse who tried to help called and said sorry best to still go to someone an hour a way when she specifically told me I wouldn’t be going there..( please don’t provide false hope) I never even got a call from the so called referral… here I am in excruciating pain with absolutely no answers and no where to go. The lady who sadly wrote the review under me is correct. Unless you have a very simple case. Please stay away! Instead of asking me to email you or write you a review , please provide resources that won’t just take my money and waste my time when clearly you have no desire to help me. Please provide me resources that actually exist. I hate to be so honest but I value others peoples time and health and don’t want others to have a horrible false hope appointment like I did.
He has spent the time and procedures to isolate where my pain is located.
First of all I wanted to say that the time from checking in to conclusion was remarkably quick. Appreciate that. I was willing to see Dr Eichman as I know how busy Dr Elsner can be. Dr Eichman was very professional and it’s important at times to be a little social as he was, instead of getting right down to business and rushing back out. I look forward to my next appointment. My wife however is in the medical field and would like to know more about the shots that I will be getting under X-ray if that’s possible. Also, wondering if my back X-rays could be texted or emailed to me before my next appointment. Thank you
Waited an hour and a half for a 5 min rushed appointment. Paid an expensive copay for him to walk in and say I don’t have anything to offer you. Why was this not told to me over the phone by the receptionist? I’m also in excruciating pain and would have expected him to at least try to help or just not accept me as a patient. Do not recommend at all.
I gave this one star because of the nice blonde that was the intake nurse. I was in an accident three decades ago and have been dealing with this the whole time. I knew exactly what I needed and the doctor agreed. He didn't call medication for a week, didn't answer my questions, and left me wondering what was going on. I've then had THE WORST ablation procedure that I have ever experienced. He missed twice and it shot down into my hand. I had more pain after the ablation than I have ever had . It was awful!!!!. I called and they said take some Tylenol maybe put some ice on it. Lol. I couldn't feel my skin on my back for about a week and a half. So, when they texted me asking me for a review I was honest. I then went back and changed it because I felt bad for being too honest. They said "we're so sorry you should just let us know". I poured my heart out in an email because this is the first time the ablation did not work. In three years! Come to find out that the receptionist blocked my email address!!!!! It's disgusting. And just for the record, I have had three pain management doctors and every last one of them knows my name and tells me how much they love me how much they miss me and how grateful they are for me. My guess is the people that gave him five stars were simple cases. Unacceptable. Absolutely unacceptable in every single way. Don't waste your time replying telling me to get in touch with you because we both know that that's not possible. That happens when you block your patients for messing up. Thanks, B.
Very professional attentive to listen to you very caring about your well being great dr thanks and great staff
1st appt: Took a week to call in medication. Numerous important questions, sent in, went unanswered. Records/notes list incorrect diagnosis. 2nd appt: Severe pain following my procedure (never happened with my previous doctors). Treated like he had better things to do. I’ll be finding a new doctor. Super disappointed.
Doctors have a big responsibility to the faces of human suffering. From day one, Dr. Eichman has been treating me like an equal, and I am taking pain medicine. My husband and I have travelled the country for 20 years in hope of a treatment that would help me. His name is Dr. Eichman. He has brought my pain down to a tolerable level and has given me a life. We are forever grateful for a Doctor like him. Elizabeth and LJ Whitmire
Dr. Eichman is a kind, gentle, wonderful doctor. He doesn't rush your appointment. He really cares about your pain and concerns. I've had several epidurals with great success. Even if they didn't work, it wouldn't necessarily mean the procedure wasn't performed correctly, sometimes they just don't work no fault of the doctor, but the fact that they do over several treatments says he's extremely competent. I'm grateful he's my doctor.
Great doctor. I receive great care. The staff is nice to.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
