Dr Jones and his staff are amazing people! I came to see Dr.Jones on a referral from my pain management Doctor. I was greeted by Liz (hope I got her name right) warm smile and such a kind heart! She took the time to listen about my pain which was so intense that i cried during the visit and she genuinely cared about me. Dr. Jones was no different he was so caring and he also took time to listen to my description of my pain and went into detail about the procedure and answered me and my daughters questions. I would recommend him to any and every one who needs a neurosurgeon. PS. I ended up not having the surgery due to insurance issues with no fault to his office! It was okay because God gave me a miracle and healed me from the pain!!

Dr. Jones is friendly, caring,compassionate and put me at ease. I was scheduled with a different surgeon, who days before my surgery was hurt and couldn't operate. Dr Jones made sure to fit me in so he could meet me and go over my case before he operated.

Dr. Jones was excellent, professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable with him. His explanations about my upcoming surgery were easy to understand and he answered all my questions well even using a model of the neck to show me how he would repair my neck. I highly recommend him!!

Dr. Jones was a referral from my brother-in-law. I found him to be very personable. He listened and made me feel confident that he will do whatever it takes to get to the bottom of my leg issue. He has started a course of action that I am comfortable with and will be following up in a month.
