My mother had been going to see Dr. Griffin for a while. I finally convinced her to look for someone who had her best interests as an elderly person in mind. I see all these great reviews and in guessing you have to look a certain way in order to be helped. My mom's three children weren't even allowed to speak with Dr. Griffin (her request, not my mom's). My mom had ailments up the wazoo, but Dr. Griffin ignored them and our requests. If you want a doctor where you just send money on a visit but get no benefit then she's your girl. Otherwise, turn the other way and RUN!

I spoke with Dr. Griffin's nurse by phone prior to my actual televisit with Dr. Griffin. She was thorough and answered my questions regarding calling in. I was able to log in through the link on my telephone and Dr. Griffin joined in right on schedule. Dr. Griffin was pleasant and cheerful as always and asked specific questions related to the medicines I'm on and how I was feeling, physically and mentally. She asked about any refills I needed and the pharmacy I use. Before closing the conversation, Dr. Griffin said she would see me in the summer for my annual wellness exam. I was extremely pleased with the televisit. Dr. Griffin and her nurse are always a pleasure to work with.

My first appointment with Dr. Griffin was excellent. The reception staff were very friendly and cleaned all areas after each check in. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the way I was treated by staff and Dr. Griffin.
