Eric Dean's Online Review Report Card

I have been going to Dr Dean for 10 years now and always have a good experience. He is so patient and always take time to listen to the patients and address all the concerns. His associate Ms Joy is also a pleasure to work with.

Many of my family members have been patients of Dr. Dean for many years. He listens to his patients and looks for causes of issues not just treating symptoms. I like to try natural remedies first and he always provides me with natural options and then suggest medications if the symptoms persist. I love that! He and his staff are caring and thorough. They are a blessing!

Ms.Joy and Dr.Dean are Pleasand Attentive to You as A Patient Person.I would and will Recommend This Office to those that don't have a Family Doctor.

He should not be licensed ANYWHERE. Once in Santa Rosa, CA, after some Sutter doctors told him off about negligent care of their patients, he split, left those pts. w/o care. Eventually tracked down by my office to be in WA state, State Med. Bds there said IF ONLY his patients had done their duty and filed complaints in CA, WA would NOT have licensed him. He may like to brag he went to Harvard, but that med. school takes just about anyone. Dean had the referral of other docs in the area, but as far as patients go, he COULDN'T CARE LESS. EXACTLY what kind of cancer doctor can abandon patients knowing what they go through and how much they suffer? And to WHAT END???? Mental health tests s/b required to be allowed to practice medicine on any person. 90% if these narcissists and sociopaths would be unemployed. My rating?? About as low down negative numbers can go....and THEN some.

Dr. Dean is the most thorough, patient, and knowledgeable doctors I have ever had. He has successfully guided me through several difficult health decisions. If anyone is looking for a phenomenal physician, look no further than Dr. Dean.

I have been a patient of dr dean for many years. I have no negatives. Will see you without hesitation when you feel as though you need to be seen. Meaning when it's not your scheduled appointment Very knowledgeable about all facets of the medical systems as a diagnostician. Most times you don't need a specialist after your visit with him. I guess what I am trying to say is that he takes his patients serious. In the meantime he expects you to follow his regimen. My only minor thing is he has to leave out in the middle of my visit/assessment always. I assume for a hospital call etc. Not to critical of that part I don't think.i have a few health concerns. I would prefer that he take care of all those concerns. But he is very good and fair to say you should see the experts in the field. My husband and brother in law are also his patients.my son was his pt until he moved away. Thank you so much Dr dean for all you do for our medicine community

I’ve been a patient with Dr Dean for well over 17 yrs and I can honestly say it has been an extremely positive experience. Dr Eric is not a quick to prescribe Dr and strongly encourages healthy habits to treat symptoms.

My option may change but right now no the office staff is terrible Dr Dean is okay but I have not been there a long time I am giving him one more chance then I will rate him again the front office staff us rude and need a lesson in manners they act so superior They NEED A LESSONS IN HOW TO TALK TO SICK PATIENTS OR HIW TO TALK TO PEOPLE IN GENERAL I DO NIT LIKE THE WAY VARIOUS PEOPLE HANG AROUND THE OFFICE ON THE OUTSIDE AND WATCH YOU ALL THE TIME COMING THERE I DONT FEEL SAFE AT ALL
