Front desk Lady was very nice, but don't go here for a pregnancy test if you don't have Medicaid they will charge almost 5 times the amount at other places save your money! glad I asked about prices beforehand

I was there for a drug test. It was quick and easy. The wait was long to see a physician. Thankfully they allowed me to get in and get out quickly to see a nurse.

Fast service and friendly staff! Markus is very friendly and he knows what he’s doing and treats you well and makes you feel welcome and safe when doing your test especially Covid and flu! Definitely recommend anyone to go if your in need of medical attention!

Horrible, did you know they expect 199 dollars to be seen. This is horrible for people who can’t afford insurance or who’s lost it, I ended up at come health urgent care in reidsville, best experience ever and for only 60 dollars

Pretty fast, just had a drug screening. 3A Tara because front desk on personal call while I just stood waiting.. I mean you are at work.. the back tech just not personable like robotic but that’s okay

Horrible service. Doctor John acted like he didn’t wanted to see me. Questioning me “why” I’m doing this and that? No one gave me information. Had to call and ask how long does it takes for a strep test to come back. Then had to call numerous times to get my results. There are lies in the MyChart notes that I definitely did not tell anyone. Will never see me again. Place sucks. Actually get racist vibes in there.

Front desk personnel were very helpful. The place is clean and friendly. However, the practitioner (John) was very unhelpful and suggested the best thing I could do was make an appointment with a urologist and wait 3-4 days for lab results. No suggestions for discomforting relief, no potential causes, nothing helpful. When I was leaving I asked him for his name. He replied “John”. I said “is that Dr John”? He replied, “I just prefer John”. I wound up in the emergency room with extreme back pain and vomiting 12 hours later. Kidney stones were the diagnosis. The nurse diagnosed it as the likely concern. My trip to FastMed was a waste of time and money. Lesson learned. Don’t waste time when it comes to your health.
