The front desk staff are courteous and patient. However there is a huge whale by the name, Steve collecting drug testing samples. He’s insensitive, impatient and clearly unhappy with his position. I’ve gladly contacted their corporate office he refused to provide, hopefully the resolution is resolved.

So today as I’m writing this, was possibly the worst day I was having, I won’t disclose what happened but the staff there this day consisting of Antonio, Thomas, Elena (sorry if I misspelled names, were fantastic and made me as comfortable as I could be giving the circumstances. I just wanted to shout them out and thank them personally on here so other people who deal with them know that they are really good people and staff there. Thank you so much and no matter what I find out going forward, it’s just thank you for all the encouragement and words to ease my mind.
