Dr. Gary Cram and his staff (Debbie and Dee) are beyond phenomenal. I have nothing but great things to say about the care I’ve received both prior to my surgery and post op. I highly recommend Carolina Neurosurgery and Associates.

Dr Cram shows great compassion towards your ailments and will only do surgery as a last result. In my case he was able to take my numbness and pain away in my arm with a cervical fusion on 3 of my vertebrae. I was blown away by the surgery because I had very little pain. Just some inconveniences which were over after about a week. Bless this man because he’s literally the best around and will take care of you.

After surgery I begged and pleaded for help from severe pain. He said nothing was wrong with me and brushed it off. He treated me so badly . Dr. Cram continues to be one of the best doctors in Greensboro. He has been involved in the treatment of metastatic lung cancer in the brain. He is very thorough in his follow ups on MRIs and every aspect of my treatments. His compassion and willingness to listen is without equal.
