Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Adjusting my crutches created a light side prior to going into pre op. Anesthesiologists Kellie kept me informed as she performed each step. Dr. Shang assured I knew what was occurring.

I have surgery this morning and no one called to prepare me or tell me when I'm supposed to be there. Y'all used to be better than this.

I can not recommend this place enough. The staff here is incredible. My autistic child just had surgery there and we have never felt more cared for.

I was thoroughly impressed, well organized and very geared toward the patient needs. Am in no hurry to do surgery anywhere again, but if I do, would be very comfortable going back to them

I would close this disgusting dirty place. My loved one was there and upon discharge, we were not told the patient had two infections, one from bed sores because of lack of moving and turning the patient and the other from not taking care of the trach tube. I do know this though; The staff is there for a paycheck and a paycheck only. Healthcare does not exist at this facility, not even at the minimum level of basic healthcare. They don't care about patients or patient care. I wouldn't send a dog to this facility. Please, please, please, if you care about your loved one, don't subject them to this substandard level of care. Please find other options because this place does not care about you or their patients.

This place was great, from signing you in, next pre op nurse, she was so kind and caring because I was very nervous, then the sleep doctors they were great also, he was going to give me a little happy med for my leg block and next thing I was going home. Thanks to each of you, can’t leave Dr Hyatt out he’s great. Thank you again❤️

I had minor ankle surgery here and I regret it. Based on my procedure, payment was demanded in full at the time of the operation. Unfortunately, there was a discrepancy treatment codes, resulting in additional unpaid bills. After hours on the phone, I finally resolved.The anesthesiologists misled me concerning my treatment shortly before the operation started, based on incorrect information from my surgeon, and then performed the local procedure after the operation was complete. regardless. I found out that they tried to damaged credit my double-billing my insurance company and billing me for the remainder, without every sending me a bill.
