Dr. Pool comes into the room and sits down not just to ask questions about how you are doing but always listen to you about any problems that you are having and that lets me know he cares about the well-being of his patients I will refer anyone to him

Yes Dr Poole Henry saved my life and was the most gracious and honorable doctors that I've ever met and I wish the world was full of Henry pools and his associates so I thank goodness creates goodness in this case and I bet no Kinder more professional individuals and this line of work is my privilege and honor to have met them

The desk receptionist were exceptionally nice and helpful. Dr. Pool was awesome at doing my surgery as well as keeping me informed of what he was going to do as well as what to expect during my healing process. His secretary was awesome and helpful when making appointments. Everyone was professional as well as welcoming and polite.

Dr. Poole was beyond professional. He explained everything to me in layman’s terms, therefore I understood exactly what to expect. I had extreme sciatic nerve pain and Dr. Poole immediately knew what I needed . I am now pain free. The kindness that I experienced from Dr. Poole and his complete staff was beyond extraordinary. Thank you all for everything. I recommend if you have back pain, make the trip.

Dr. Pool has been my Neurosurgeon since 2016. In the last six years he’s had to perform several surgeries on my lower back. I trust him without any reservations and highly recommend this wonderful person.
