Ideal Image Medspa's Online Review Report Card

On my recent visit I experienced an unprofessional and insensitive employee named Brittany Laszlo at the Greensboro office. I was very disappointed in her ability to explain the IPL photo facial in a professional manner that would allow her to be culturally sensitive and welcoming to all skin tones. She interjected herself into a question that was referred to an employee named Malissa by blurting out in front of three other customers that I was “Too dark” for the treatment. I was taken aback by her lack of professionalism. I believe everyone standing there had an eye raised. Being dark is not at all a derogatory quality to me but the way in which she blurted it at me could very well come across as such. To be honest the feeling that I felt when leaving this visit was unpleasant. To my understanding there is a Fitzpatrick scale which she could have referred to in order to be more sensitive to me as a customer. Terms such as melanin could have been used to explain her answer. For example you wouldn’t hear a department store employee say “you’re too fat for that dress”. That would be offensive. Is Ideal Image an inclusive company that services all skin types? If not please refer me to a company that does. I was looking into other services and purchasing a membership but this experience has me searching for other medspas.

Lindsey is very through and professional. She has an easy and kind bedside manor that makes time or uncomfortable treatments better.

Absolutely wonderful session with Ashley K for my laser hair removal treatment today. All of the technicians are knowledgeable and friendly and make the experience very pleasant. Super clean and professional. Highly recommend.

I love Hayley from Ideal Image Greensboro I actually love the whole team. I’ve been a client for over 3 years. I trust the science of Med Spa Laser and I trust this team. They are so patient and absolutely wonderful for first timers. They make me feel valued. I’m excited for every appointment because it’s actually therapeutic. I feel appreciated cared for and not the mention they have the best lasers for hair removal on African American skin. They are flexible with your schedule as I work out of state. I love this team snd I couldn’t ask for a better place to spend my money. Thank you Hayley for just being you. I love you so much girlie

The virtual was fine but Melania Cordon told me Ideal Image would call within 30 minutes to schedule my first appointment. She advised if I did not hear from them to call them. I waited until the next morning to call. I was told I was on a waiting list and they would call me when they could work me in. I think new clients should be told it could be weeks before they contact you. not 30 minutes. First impressions are everything.

The ideal image on west over terrace is great. Linsey was very fast and efficient. All the staff there are kind and accommodating ♡
