I thought Dr. Chandler was professional and courteous. He listened to my problem, analyzed the X-rays and CT Scan and gave me my best option(s). I've had the surgery and am on the way to recovery. By the way, it's nice to see, from his picture, his full face. We only see half-faces with these masks!

Dr. Chandler did my right shoulder replacement and it was very successful and no problems for 3 years. I am now coming back for my left shoulder. Dr. Chandler is very attentive and so are his assistants.

All staff was very professional. Doctor Chandler did and excellent job when he did my surgery by taking my pain away.. No pain medication for me. Thank you Dr. Chandler and Danielle.

My first visit with Dr Chandler, He explained my injury, showed me where it was and what he was going to do. He made me feel at ease, Explained to me how long I will be off, and the importance of recovery.

I tore my labrum and had surgery in Nov 2019. Dr Chandler has been a great dr. He has the best bedside manner, always nice and happy. I'm a slow healer and he has been very patient and has gone above and beyond to help.

This appointment was a second opinion due to a prior failed rotator cuff surgery in 2020. Current surgeon posed two options, more surgery or a reverse shoulder replacement. I found Dr Chandler specialized in the replacement surgery so I scheduled an appointment. Both my husband and myself took off of work to drive the 45 minutes to Greensboro, only to be told he was not allowed to come in with me. I was never told this when I made the appointment or when they called the day before to confirm the appointment. Because this was for a second opinion and possible major surgery, I asked them to please allow him in but was told they had a strict policy. As I waited to be called back, I saw three couples come out of the exam rooms and leave. I asked again and was referred to the office manager, who again told me no. I was finally called back to the exam room, where I waited another 45 minutes and the doctor still had not come in. I decided that I was not impressed with the service, so I left and got my deducible refunded. With their lack of compassion and service, they lost a new patient and approx. 80,000 in insurance payments. I hope it was worth it to them.
