I had to have emergency brain surgery after a visit to the ER. Dr Thomas was on call and I am so thankful that he was the neurosurgeon assigned to me. He explained why I had to have the procedure and what to expect. Removal of a benign brain tumor are words no one ever wants to hear but Dr Thomas’ calm demeanor decreased my anxiety. I recovered very well and in a shorter period of time than expected. His office staff is very professional while being very personable. Patients appreciate that. I would be all too willing to recommend Carolina Neurosurgery, Dr Thomas, and his wonderful staff to anyone who needs this type of help.

The young lady that came to get me was very friendly. Dr. Thomas was also friendly, Dr. Thomas was personable. I had to wait to be called but the wait wasn't bad at all.

Dr Thomas is kind and he listens. He is willing to explain the issue with you as well as what can and can't be done to fix it. I am grateful for his expertise. I highly recommend him. The office is clean and the staff are friendly.

Dr Thomas did cervical spine surgery. When I woke up in recovery, I had NO pain!!! After many, many years of constant pain, I am pain free in my neck. Thank you Dr. Thomas❤️

Dr Thomas performed my Moms' surgery. He had followed up w her remarks during her stay at Moses Cone Hospital and post her release to Camden Rehab and then home. He is good to follow up the family as to her status and what we could do to help her progress in her rehab.

Dr. Thomas is the most logical Dr. I have met regarding my chronic back (spine) problems! He looked at my 2 year old MRI, wich the other 3 doctors I seen never even looked at! Except one, and all he said that there's nothing he could do, and surgery was not an option! Dr. Thomas recommended a fresh or a new MRI to see how much everything progressed, or worsened. Wich to me only made sense. At least he looked at my first MRI extensively and thoroughly! He had told me more about the condition of my back then the other doctor ever told me! Dr. Thomas said after he gets the results of the new MRI then we can discuss what the possible treatments can or might be! He sounded promising that there is something that can be done to help my situation! At least I have some hope now because no one should have to have chronic pain like I have, because it ruining the quality of my life really bad! So far I would recommend Dr. Thomas to any of my family and friends!
