Much better than expected results. I was treated professionally but compassionatly by everyone involved. Could not be.lieve how smooth everything went. All in all, it was a reat experience.

Everyone has always been very friendly and helpful. We are 3 generation clients, my Mom, my Daughter and myself have been going to Hecker for years. Highly recommend to everyone.

Dr. Hecker is the most impressive individual I have ever met! In my experience with her (eye surgery) she exhibited knowledge, skill, and experience unmatched at any level. She and her staff were extremely helpful to me, and I recommend Dr. Hecker with heartfelt gratitude for the entire experience I had at Hecker Ophthalmology.

The wait times in Dr. Hecker's office are too long, averaging 4+ hours. Then when you finally see the doctor, she seems rushed & uninterested in your concerns. Last time I needed an appointment, I was told I had to see an associate instead. I finally decided that to go to a different eye doctor in a different office in Greensboro. He is more caring and his wait times are much less.

I had a great experience having both of my eyes done. Dr Hecker and her entire staff kept me informed regarding my eye surgery.The next month had surgery on my other eye. It was a great success and I would happily recommend Dr. Becker ! Thank you so much !

I have been a patient of Hecker Ophthalmology for more than 15 years and would never think about changing. The staff from the check in person, the technicians, the optician, the check out person and the doctors are both professional and caring. While I have seen some changes in staff over the years, the staff that has been there for the last 3 or 4 years is the best ever.
