Worst office ever. Staff does not know anything and office manager does not know anything. You can not get paperwork filled out. You can never keep appointments because it is never a physician there or a PA. If you fill out a medical release for they still tell you 10 days before another provider will receive them. I asked what if came there to pick them up on it is $15 and you will not be able to get them the same day. That makes no sense. I do not even know why this office is still open.

If I could give a zero I would definitely would. This ppl dont have appointment due to lack of personal and doctors dealt with them 7 years and instead of getting better moving to an updated facility they worsen. The sick appointments arent available till 2 days after the fact and their physicals are scheduled for in about 6 plus month after the date you call. I have 7 children I opted going to urgent care most of the time bc of their issues. Again if u planning to bring them here i would recommend u look elsewhere. And if they wanna know what mother this is my number can be provided.

There nice and all but very unprofessional about there phone calls I've gone to full voicemail multiple times but usually I just can't get them on the phone or there system is down

The nurses are great and they are good about getting you in for appointments but unfortunately one of the drs was the reason for us leaving this practice. She talked to me in a very condescending way each time I took my child for an appointment and she was definitely stereotyping me. She assumed I was a single mother and asked me if I had bed bugs when I took my son in for a swollen eye. I’m highly educated with a master’s degree so I was super offended by her assumptions bc of the color of my skin.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. If you want the worst level of care then this is your place

This office is sad the girl who picked up the phone hung up in my face because I expressed it’s an inconvenience to not have a provider for over a week and they have nowhere else to direct their patients. And it’s always the same female that answers the phone but for $10/hr I’d be angry daily too. Also if there isn’t a provider exactly what are you doing. I’ll be getting my sons medical records sent somewhere else real soon due to the unprofessional staff not doctors but medical assistants they are rude & ghetto.

They are really quick and really nice with my son. I appreciate the help they provide it when the schools was giving me the runaround

STAY AWAY, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have zero trust in this Greensboro facility. Their phones are unreachable at all times, just goes straight to a busy dial tone without even connecting like the phone has been disconnected. I have had to call the corporate office on 3 different occasions just to speak with someone. The corporate office has to relay a message to this office. Completely unprofessional. When your children are sick, you want to have confidence you can reach their doctor for assistance but that is not the case with this office. I have to rely on Urgent Care...what is the point in that. We will be taking our children to a pediatrician that actually cares about helping their patients in times of emergencies.

Office manager or whatever her title is, is beyond rude.. she has been several times now and then will beg you to give the facility a good review.. this is our last visit here, the nurses are always great.. office manager needs to go.
