Everytime I come for a visit I wait at least 2 hours or more. I am already in enough pain an setting in these uncomfortable seats just make it worse. One time he says I am unable to set for a long period of time cause of my pain also can walk for a long period of time I have to set. I have been unable to work for 2 yrs an cannot get any help on getting my disability wish I would've listened to everyone that said don't have back surgery u will be worse off that when before .

This practice has great service. From registration and in between was very pleasant. And once I was with Dr Kyle Cobbell, it was fantastic! All the visits from the ER and my primary physician, he's the only caring to get my back pain issue resolved. So if you want my opinion, if you need your back or spine pain resolved, reach out to Carolina NeuroSurgery & Spine Associates in Greensboro NC

As a nurse of over 20 years... If I could leave less than one star I would. My mother suffered a traumatic event (ruptured aneurysm/ hemorrhagic stroke. We were thankfully with her and had her in the ED in minutes. We then waited over 3 HOURS for this man. When he finally arrived he was not just cold and callous but purely mean and unprofessional. As my mother lay there intubated and dying he told me he "was stretched thin and had a lot going on". When I indicated that I had a lot going on as well, and she was lying on the table... he turned away from my mother's scans and stared me down with the most vicious look I have ever seen. My mother had a chance when she arrived, but after the 3 hour wait the damage was catastrophic and I subsequently lost her. I am not speaking from a place of an uneducated layperson but as an experienced nurse who works in neurosurgery myself. This man should never be allowed to do this to another family. I firmly believe he, and the mismanagement of her overall care that night, are the reason I am planning my mother's funeral rather than her rehabilitation. Please... avoid him at all costs. He may be a talented surgeon but he needs administrative leave for a refresher in compassion and perhaps an anger management course at the very least.
