I recently have a worst experience with them.I’m a regular patient of doctor Shannon R Banks last two years.From last one month Still now I have dizziness issueI went to see her two times in the office and adress all my issues and concernsbut she keep insisting I have this because of diet.I went to ER later because I never received help from this clinic.I have to leave messages and their response time is after 48 hours just to give a callback.I’m changing my doctor and want to tell everyone all they need is to charge you a billthey don’t care for their patients.I found this place highly unprofessional to deal with.Don’t waste your money hereeveryone deseves a good health care which you can never get here atleast

I had no trouble setting up an appointment and working with reception everybody is patient and does a great job clarifying any questions or concerns that I had. Dr. Jordan was great with assessing my concerns and was thorough when discussing my health.

Do not see Dr Hernandez for any reason. She is my husbands family doctor. I called regarding his appt he had the next day and to make sure they would have enough time to discuss some mental health issues he is having. The doctor told her staff to tell us that she would not discuss anything other than what his appt was set for. She refused to be a doctor...that is the way I see it.

A doctors office that doesnt see patients if they have a cough congestion or other common cold or flulike symptoms... they tell you to go to the ER or urgent care instead. What kind of a doctors office are you? Is it not your job to see patients with those symptoms to diagnose them? The rude receptionist said a virtual appointment could be done but how is the doctor supposed to listen to the lungs or take BP measure??

If I could put negative stars I would but I can’t. This office is so unprofessional. The receptionist are ghetto and it doesn’t matter if you are a regular patient they do not go out the way to see you. My previous doctor nurse practitioner Cory does not care for his patients. He does the very minimum to get a pay check I had two bad encounters with this office but I stayed because it was convenient but not anymore I rather drive to another city to get better service and a doctor that cares about my health. Please think twice before you go here
