Dr. Smith is a nice enough person and is friendly and personable. However after three visits my ailment is no better than before I went in. In fact a lot of days its worse.

My daughter had been experiencing chronic knee pain from a possible basketball injury. I scheduled an appointment but due to new patient had to wait about four weeks for the appointment. I never received a text or call for an appointment reminder. Arrived with my daughter the day of her appointment at 335 and was told “sorry your appointment was at 315”. I explained that there must have been a mistake as I had not received a reminder and had the appointment down for 340 and that we’d driven almost an hour. Receptionist was very short and said they probably could not work her in but she would check. Came back after about 10 minutes and proceeded to tell me after taking a deep sigh.. NO he can’t see her today. THANKS Such an outstanding demonstration of the exemplary care and concern you have for your patients. Now let me find a different doctor and wait another month for my daughter to be evaluated.
