She performed 2 surgeries on my cataract and ended up taking off a layer of my cornea. Now I can't see well without a corneal transplant. She wouldn't tell me what happened and just sent me to someone else.

The doctor and her scheduler were very pleasant, and the scheduler in particular was extremely helpful. The surgery was excellent. After surgery, the billing person with whom I dealt was not especially pleasant or helpful. Just be sure to ask what your insurance is covering and what your deductible is, as this was not explained in advance, and the billing person had trouble explaining it to me except to say that I owed them money.
