Marcus Duda's Online Review Report Card

Want let you back with your mom when she is used to me helping her since my dad died. She doesn’t like to be alone. Is getting her cast off and I have been in the back with her in the past and now this one PA James won’t let me back. Mom upset.

Dr. Duda did not ask me questions about my injury, nor did he listen when I volunteered information. His disinterest was evident. I am no better now than I was before I wasted my time and money.

I expected more based on positive reviews, but the Dr. Marcus Duda I saw was not personable, thorough, or knowledgeable. I just wasted my time and money.

My son and I both have had surgery with Dr. Duda. I cannot say enough about the Dr. and the people in his office. Every one of them are caring and kind. Dr. Duda has a great sense of humor, that stated he's also very professional and an incredible physician. Shawn his PA is wonderful as well. She takes no chances with anything and wants to be certain that their patients are well cared for. They almost feel like family. The have no problem putting you in your place in their own gentle way if you fail to follow instructions and they feel you are bringing harm to yourself. They always encourage you to call and come in if you don't feel quite right about what may be ailing you. The people at the front desk are also amazing and wonderful people. They are always kind and considerate and ready to help in any way they can.So many times I see Drs offices fall apart after some years and the quality of care often declines. I have been with Dr. Duda for about 7 years. I've watched this office grow without ever once sacrificing quality of care for his patients. I cannot believe that these reviews only reveal a 3.3. I can only assume that too few people who have positive experiences with this group aren't writing reviews. It's easy to complain, but even easier to give credit where credit is due and these people deserve the best. No... I don't work with this office and my only affiliation is as a patient as is my son.

My experience with this office was great up until now. Receptionist was rude, takes days for responses to mychart messages and calls, also paperwork for FMLA can not seem to make it to my case manager. Extremely disappointed that they have declined in quality care.

Marcus Duda did surgery on my ankle and leg after a fall while hiking. This was in April of this year. Six months later I was able to complete the 11 mile hike where I fell and still feel ready to hike more. Not only is my leg and ankle strong but the scarring is minor even though large incisions were necessary on both sides of my ankle. He was responsive and humorous and most understanding through the entire process. His socks are the best and are worth wearing for all kinds of reason- fashion, comfort, support and healing. Dr. Duda performed surgery on my left foot earlier this year and I am pleased with the result. He and his entire staff are caring and professional.

I'm not happy with Dr.Dudda at all for the care that was provided...as a doctor I feel like he gave me false hope &didnt do the best he could..3 yrs later &my bones in my ankle some are dead &I barely can stand &walk for long periods..still limping &in pain.I have been recommended to have a fusion surgery done &lost the rest of my range of motion in my ankle thas left. DR.Duda stated initial the limping would go away 'my bones didnt die and I should be walking better within a few months..everything he said was false . Most people say I'm lucky to have a foot because he know beat for amputations..
