I came here to get my braces in middle school, and I was a bit of an odd case. I was congenitally missing my lateral incisors (the teeth beside your front teeth). Dr. Ignelzi moved my canines in, then he recommended someone else to me who could cosmetically alter these moved-in canines so that they would look like lateral incisors. Prior to braces, I was so insecure about my teeth that I wouldn't smile, but not anymore since he did such a gorgeous and natural job. Also, his staff always knew my name and greeted me when I came in. :)
