MIchael Ervin does not have an adequate amount of comments to generate the sentiment analysis.
deliverd my son, and dealt with a rare condition ..amniotic embolism...he saved my life. He continues to work with my polycystic ovarian disease and helps me with current research. He sat by my bed all night after my son was born, because he wanted to make sure I was ok. He cared, and he was genuinely concerned. I am so glad to have him as my obgyn. He is very sweet, smart and caring. And did I mention, he saved my life? :)
Withheld medication that was prescribed by my psychiatrist after I gave birth. Induced a psychotic break and then denied me access to my son.
Dr. Ervin berated me and belittled me the morning following my Cesarean section. No new mother should be treated the way he treated me when my son was in the NICU and no one bothered to tell me where he was. He had awful bedside manner.
Terrible OB. Find a new doctor. He delivered my daughter and I had a terrible experience. Not professional at all.
I had seen Dr.Ervin when he was chief resident at RMH. ....he was kind and professional back then..... Saw him again recently and was shocked at his hateful attitude.....with so many Doctors now, women do not have to put up with that kind of treatment !!!
After doing an episiotomy, he left a surgical sponge in my daughter's vagina. This caused extreme pain during her 3 day stay, and he refused to examine her after the delivery. even though she compalined daily. Her a REAL OB doctor removed the sponge when he returned from vacation 4 days later.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
