I arrived in the ER sick sick sick discharged sick sick sick went to a different ER out of the County tests labs MRI Echo ALL done while in the ER ADMITTED Meds started immediately more labs CT ECHO MRI treatment continued. I will never walk back into KC or CONE ER....

My husband was sent to you from an Urgent care with an abnormal EKG and heart attack symptomshigh BP and heart rate. Has a 2 year history of heart attacks 2 hearts stents and damage to 13 of his heart. After 6 hours of sitting alone in ED Covid protocol he only asked for his heart medication that he was due to take at supper. You wouldnt give him any of his life saving heart medicine til he saw a doctor. No fooddrink or room but deny heart medicine?? after 6 hours ER doc wouldnt give permission for to nurse to give whats already showing in records Not even a cardiac consult to admit or read blood EKG results?? He wasnt asking for narcotics He left the ER to get his PM heart meds. I pray it wasnt a heart attack but if it is he can at least die home in comfort instead of your waiting room chair I saw others waiting laid back in recliners with blanket over their head. They were probably dead Shame on Moses Cone...you have really gone down hill mosesconesucks covidsucks ridiculousERwaits

Avoid this hospital at all costs. I have a condition called cyclical vomiting. My doctors are currently trying to figure out whats causing it but we dont know. I was having an episode and became dehydrated and had to go to the hospital to get an IV and a medication called promethazine to stop the vomiting. They left me in their lobby maskless for over two hours. I cant wear a mask if Im profusely vomiting. My boyfriend ended up calling them to see what their wait times were and it was over four hours. I ended up leaving and going to The ER surgical center in High Point because I was turning gray and they did not care. The nurses are horrible they do not give a shit about anybody theyre caring for and they will wait for shift change so they dont have to deal with you. Stay away from this place at all costs.

Your emergency room should be ashamed. I am in Greensboro for a soccer tournament and my 1 year old had been inconsolable for an hour. I saw that the children’s hospital was Moses Cone and there were no open urgent cares so we went. My 1 year old baby was left in the emergency room waiting room screaming and I mean screaming for 2 hours and was never once seen was never checked on was never rushed back to find out what was going on never even had a vital sign checked. What kind of emergency room does not triage their patients to assess for priority and check vital signs? I was told that it wasn’t her turn so they would not see us. The ED was filled with other children sleeping comfortably in their caregiverparents arms and my child was left screaming. It was even suggested that I take her outside and they would come out to tell me when it was her turn. Is this an emergency room or a doctor’s office by appointment only? I could have driven home to my hospital for all this. After 3 hours that is what I’m doing because your facility is absolute garbage and I am disgusted that you treat your patients that way and above all else a child that is in such discomfort the other people waiting were offering to let us go in front of them but your staff wouldn’t allow it.

My mother has been staying here and I am so disappointed with how this hospital is treating her. I dont understand why they have a call button if the nurse or nurse tech does not come to Assist. Signs posted call dont fall but they do not come to the call. I have had to assist my mother with peeing so she does not pee the bed which is highly unacceptable. My advice to you do not choose this hospital unless you absolutely have to. I can say nurse Tu and nurse Terri have treated her like a princess and we thank them so much.

My girlfriend is currently in the waiting room. Hasnt seen a doctor yet. Shes been there since yesterday afternoon. So we are on day two of the hostage situation......

I cant say enough good things about this hospital. The nurses and staff have been amazing. The food here has been great as well. I feel like Im getting the absolute best care I can get here at the hospital.

yall have no compassion for your patients. I came in by ambulance because of a pinched sciatic nerve. cant sit stand or walk. my pain level is a 10. I was given a shot of Prednisone 1 Vicodin and a prescription for Prednisone. I was discharged by the ER doctor at 130 am on July 5th. Was taken to the waiting room in a wheelchair to sit until 700 a.m. when my ride could show up to pick me up. now I know for a fact that yall have vouchers you can give people to get home. But because it was a holiday weekend of course no one was here in that department. something needs to be done about that. l also understand that the pill popping junkies have ruined it for us that really need pain medicine but they need to look at the person and if they need pain medicine it needs to be given. This used to be a great hospital with wonderful care. its not the doctors fault they cant write pain prescriptions its the people who regulate it.

my daughter went there at 2p.m. with chest pains and high blood pressure and you all left her in the waiting room for 5 hours until she decided to leave. I pray her blood pressure goes down and if anyone I know say theyre going to your emergency department I will mention how you abandoned my daughter
