Norman S. Regal's Online Review Report Card

This man should not call himself a doctor. In my opinion, he is a greedy monster. My wife went to him for a few slight discolored nails. She had the issue on s nail years earlier and her doctor in a different state removed the nail and it grew back perfectly white. She explained to Regal that she wanted to do the same with the current nail. She reintegrated to him not to remove the nail bed. Once that’s done the nail will not grow back. Well long story short, he removed my wife’s nail bed, going directly against her wishes. A few days later, the nail didn’t look right. She realized what he had done and she was devastated. We went into his office and demanded to speak to him. He admitted that he removed the nail bed, but said he did it to kids all day long and their parents didn’t mind. If Regal gets 360.00, the cost of removing the nail bed, from 10 people per day besides his other services I’d say he’s done pretty well for the week. We should have sued this man. Please beware!

I agree with the fact that he dismisses you and does not care he messed up Toe stands straight in the air and never owned up to his mistake Every time I look at my tie I could slap him

I have had the opportunity to be a patient of Dr. Regal in the past so I referred my husband to him as him and his staff was efficient and professional. To my dismay my husband went to him in March and was told that he would have labs ran and also a prescription would be called in to our local pharmacy. Well after almost a week of calling the office and no one answering the prescription was finally called in. The other part to that is after a 200 lab test was done no one from the office bothered to follow up with results. I am so disappointed with the medical service that my husband has received. I hate that the service has declined so much Bc I felt like Dr. Regal and his staff were such an amazing team to work with.

This is the best foot doctor I know and my family just love Dr Regal

He did not listen to me about both issues! Now I must find another podiatrist and there goes another copay!! He Did tell me what it could be and if you continue to hurt come back. Why would I do that if he didn’t address/ resolve / or at least diagnose it the first time

Always very helpful and explains in detail what he is doing and what to expect. Had surgery that went better than I had on the other foot. I highly recommend Dr Regal for any foot issues you may have

Dr Regal takes time with his patients. He listens to them. He is gentle. When he gave a shot of cortisone in my foot it took a few seconds and I barely felt anything! He even came back to explain follow-up care. I appreciate this kind of care and attention Dr Regal gives. Also, the wait time was minimal. His staff was wonderful.

Dr. Regal's assessment of medical problem and Surgery went well . I had several follow up visits which required x-rays Dr. Regal and Staff keep me well informed of my progress. They provided insight of additional methods to take insure the healing process went smooth.

I was a patient of Dr. Regal for 20 years. I moved across the country and have yet to find any physician as good! I am now back to teleconferencing with Dr. Regal. He has cured an issue that I have had for 9 months. No other physician came close to giving me the advice and help to resume my activities.
