I was hired in August and I’ve had nothing but an all around positive experience with the staff and clients that I take care of. I’ve never had a supervisor that has been more kind respectful and fair. She is willing to give me the extra hours that I need and she always gives me positive reinforcement. She is hands down the best boss and that makes Arosa a great company to work for

Through many ups and downs of home health care a woman named Destiny has kept us sane with her hard work and excellent straightforward communication. Without Destiny our experience with this company would’ve been a very different one.

Coming aboard I honestly have never worked with a more caring and loving staff like I have here at Arosa There is a special young lady named Destiny that has proven to me that genuine care in healthcare is far from becoming extinct. Genuine love is what is born in your character. It is not something you can be trained to do. Destiny has that honestly. If you need a schedule that fits your life and life changes Destiny listens and works hard to help you. She cares greatly about our clients and I will tell you before joining our team to make sure that you do the same. I enjoy being a teammate with this wonderful team

I would like to say on behalf of my aunt Vivian Ellis thank you to Nurse Care of North Carolina for the care provided by your agency. I especially want to thank Lead CNA Angela CNA Portia CNA Tyquesha CNA Brooke and all other CNAs that keep Aunt Viv going. Also RN Nancy RN Teresa for their management of Aunt Vivs meds. Our family has been treated with the utmost respect at all times and the tender care given to Aunt Viv helps us breathe a little bit easier because we know she is in good hands under the care of Nurse Care staff. Thank You and God Bless You for all that you give to help the lives of others.
