Her standard "sleep hygiene" advice was fine and correct, but didn't take into account of the fact that I had sleep disorders in the past and probably did now. After 2 months of trying my absolute best to adapt to a BIPAP machine for sleep apnea I have given up on being able to use it. I had a binary choice: wear the BIPAP mask or sleep. I chose the latter. She told me that despite being unable to sleep more than 2 or 3 hours per night that "sleep hygiene" dictates I must cut out naps during the day, cut out caffiene after noon, etc. After 3 days of that I was completely unable to function on any level during the day. Nobody can function on 2 or 3 hours of sleep per day. I run a business and don't have time for that. Going back to my old sleep disorder doctor in Baltimore.

My experience with Dr Reddy and this medical office is more than disappointing and frustrating. You will only see Dr Reddy during the first visit, and you will be working w her assistant from there who doesnt listen to your syptoms to find the appropriate treatment. I was happy they were no longer take my insurance, so they have to refer me to another doctor. They told me they will fax my information to the new doctor and the new office will contact me. After 3 months, I had to follow up with Dr. Reddys office and come to realize they NEVER even fax in my referal. Three moths wast due to the incompetancy of the office staff.

Dr. Reddy treats diabetes & is fantastic BUT her hours are terrible. The latest time for appointments to see her is 2:00 pm. There is a physicians assistant who is great also but my insurance is paying for a doctor not an assistant. I also can't take off work to make an appointment with her. If she had hours till even 3:30 that would help but the 2:00 end time of her day is ridiculous.
