Had to have a deep cleaning, first half went fine. When I went to have the other half done, the girl applied something to my gums that felt a bit intense, she puts gauze or something between my gums and my lips but just kinda barely put them in, then she injects me with something to numb me, but I still feel pain, she injects me again but I still feel pain. By now the whole right side of my face is numb, but I still feel pain. After I leave and I finally get all of the feeling in my face back. I noticed my upper and lower lips were raw and painful. I have a nurse friend take a look to tell me I have chemical burn on the inside of my upper and lower lips. I will not be returning. Please find somewhere else to go.

I had a great first experience at this dental office. The staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. The dentist was very professional, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer my questions. The visit was smooth, painless, and much better than I expected. I’m glad I chose this place and would definitely recommend it to others.

I spoke with the patient coordinator (Cary location) multiple times to arrange an appointment for my daughter, who requires sedation. Since we couldn’t secure a March date (full), we agreed on a date in April. She sent several emails with treatment plans, but I missed a QR code in one of the attachments that was apparently required to finalize the booking. Unfortunately, no one followed up to confirm or flag that anything was incomplete. When I called regarding her scheduled date, I was stunned to learn that the appointment had never actually been booked. They are now only able to offer a date that's another month away. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-through, and overall very frustrated/stressed with this experience.

This dental practice is not professional. The staff is forever changing, and Dr Lui is too eager to make money pointing out possible changes to “help make your smile prettier”!

This Dentist Practice is probably the best practice I’ve been to. From the moment they answer the phone, to the front desk, in the back and checkout, everything is amazing. My husband thought a dental accident he had couldn’t be fixed, but Dr. Lu worked so hard to give my husband his smile back. I’ve always had a fear of dentists so I was apprehensive, however, it was the best dental experience that I’ve ever had. Our son was injured playing sports, I called them, they got him right in the same day, and we are so grateful. Ten stars to Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry they have my whole family smiling!
