Dr. Riggs is the most patient and proficient oral surgeon around. He assisted my mother with a dental issue that has plagued her for years...even after several follow-ups for pain, he remained calm and treated us with dignity. He never got frustrated with us. His staff was also very friendly.

I only made that appt. because my first choice, Dr. Owlsey's appointments were weeks away. Dr. Riggs did not even look in my mouth. He spent maybe 15 minutes taking TOO me. Charges over $200 for visit. I cancelled my surgery. It just didn't feel right, unsafe. I really begged Dr. Owsley's staff to get me in. Just saw him. He's great, knows what he's doing. Read Dr. Owlsey's web site. He has so many safety and practice credentials. I'm having sedation and that matters. I have to wait longer for my surgery but it's worth it. He doesn't charge for consultations. Beware of Dr. Riggs.

Dr Riggs & the staff were great from consultation through the follow up appointment. Everyone that I encountered was professional, thorough, and kind. Dr. Riggs has great bedside manner and exudes a confidence that made me feel I was in good hands. 3 wisdom teeth extracted under anesthesia, I was BEYOND ANXIOUS but was out shortly after the IV was inserted. It’s important to stay on the medication schedule they provide for pain management. I did have pain for 2 weeks post op from the bottom tooth However at follow up Dr Riggs gave me syringes to irrigate the hole. This alleviated the pain & I found that majority of the pain was due to food being stuck in the hole. Definitely recommend!!!!

It was a good experience, I had all 4 extractions out and was happy with the service provided. I was nervous of IV but the staff took great care of me. Overall, it was easy and painless as well as the recovery afterward.

Was my first visit to this practice.I really liked Dr.Riggs .I found him to be very professional and kind.Had little issue about two hours after the eextraction called the told me to come back to the problem was fixed with kindness and professiioalism.Did well in healing.Thank you Dr. Riggs and staff.

Would not recommend unless you want to keep having charges added for a surgery you already paid for

After my wisdom tooth got extracted they didn't even tell me I was supposed to follow up with antibiotics and only prescribed the pain meds. I called a few days later and that's when they told me to continue with penicillin. Now I feel like the tooth has been infected because after the tooth removal there was no proper information about what to do or what not to do priory to the healing. I extracted it since Thursday and can't reach them over the weekend yet in discomfort but its Sunday night and I'm waiting for Monday morning to go back

Great experience. Very thorough in explaining the procedure and what to expect. Office was professional and comfortable. Staff was helpful. Everything went great. Would highly recommend!

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Riggs. In the past 6 months I've had a tooth pulled then all four wisdom teeth pulled. Every visit he takes his time to explain what he recommends and answers all questions you have. He is very honest and caring. I would recommend him to all my family and friends.

I had all four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Riggs. Great staff all around! They answered all my questions and put me at ease. Recovery was super painless. Would recommend getting your wisdom teeth out here!! Even got fresh flowers to take home after surgery. Needed specific information for my insurance and the front desk staff helped with that. Definitely recommend!
