I was told they aren’t accepting any new Medicaid patients at this time and good luck finding someone who does. It lets me know a lot about this place. The twist is I don’t have Medicaid. I just wanted to see if this is the type of place who stands to help individuals or a place that just cares about the money. I found out quickly.

Dr Sharon is such a kind, gentle soul, she makes annual wellness check ups a pleasure to go to, now you know that says it all. She listens carefully to me when I complain about my aches and pains, I never feel rushed. Hugs to her.

I called needing a referral. My insurance does not require I be seen to get a referral. However, when I called, I was told I have to be seen (virtually). When I questioned this, I was told that if I wasn’t happy with this, then I could find another doctor. I double checked with my insurance company to confirm and I was in fact correct. First ever visit with Dr. Wolters was an E-visit. Everything went well. I was pleased with the amount of time she spent with me, and that she allowed ample opportunity for me to ask any questions I might have. The E-visit was very straightforward, and I appreciated the staff checking with me in advance to make sure everything was lined up OK ahead of the visit.

This was my first visit with Dr.Wolters. she was easy to talk to and listened to what I had to say. She discussed a couple of possible reasons for my discomfort. A prescription was prescribed for me. It did seem to help some.
