I had a procedure done today at this facility and I highly recommend this establishment It was a very good experience from the check in people to the nurse that rolled me back out to the car. They were all caring and professional people. They didnt allow anyone to go back with me and I thought that was a good idea and I felt very safe. They kept my husband updated every step of the way and I am very pleased with my experience

Screener Michelle Jenkins required a COVID vaccination card and temperature check for a driver who would be sitting in the car outside not entering the building???? Rude overbearing and totally out of line. Not a good frontline representation of your facility. Please treat family and support personnel with respect. We are there for the patient and are entrusting their care to your staff. There are two sides to a fence.

Ive had to bring my mother to the center twice now Im bringing my sister each time I brought my mother I had to sit in the car in the hot sun they would not let me in the building even though I have a mask me not having a shot should not have anything to do with that. Then they have the nerve to tell you that the patient cannot have service if youre not in the parking lot then its raining outside the nurse is standing under the shelter we have get out of our car in the rain and walk over there. I pulled up to her at 1st inside the car and she made us park and walked in the rain to her standing under the shelter. They cared nothing about their patients or the patients family. If you have to bring your love ones be prepared to be held hostage in the parking lot for hours in the parking lot

This place is ridiculous not only would they not allow me in with my grandmother not bc i havnt had a cocid test but because im not Vaccinated.. then you think its okay to force people to stay in the parking lot in the hot heat during the entire surgery... told me They would not do her surgery if i try to leave the parking lot. Bad business

My husband had surgery and had to stay one night. No issues and everything went well.Because of the virus I could not stay with him but they did allow me to see him from the window talk on our cell phones.Great staff and nurses.
