Why can’t I never get an appointment for my child? Dr. Roper is awesome but the rude & unprofessional front desk has to do better! I asked for an appointment the lady didn’t look or ask when she immediately says we don’t have any!!

No complaints at all about the doctor. I like Dr. Roper. He is awesome. However, when I call the wait time for someone to answer is completely long. I would like to suggest to hire more staff so no one will be waiting 20 plus minutes for someone to answer the phone. I would also like to see more diversity with the front desk. I gave it 5 stars because of my daughter's doctor. I do not have any complaints about the staff being rude to me. It is just the wait time when I call over the phone. It deserves maybe a three.

This place does not believe in customer care and the front staff is rude. Take your child anywhere but here. They never have appointments its sad that they treat patients like this.

I have been trying to schedule an appointment for over a month now. Keep getting the same runaround excuse. The front staff are blaming it on the supervisor. This is unacceptable and ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE.

I am glad that we decided to bring our baby girl here. Doctor Roper is by far the best doctor we ever had. All the staff are friendly, patient, and really care about providing the best services possible. We are incredibly thankful that they have been there for us ever since we brought her home.

If you are looking for a facility that never returns triage calls and physician assistants whose education is from google university than this is the perfect place for you! Otherwise take your babies elsewhere I beg you!
