This place is good. My dr (the chief medical officer) is great but she’s leaving. Since I have been here, (2 years) 3 drs have left. The psychologist does chats virtually. I left my last dr because of the lack of face-to-face visits. I gave this place 2 stars because you can never get anyone on the phone. I constantly have to leave voice mails and no one will call you back and leave a detailed message. They started doing the “my chart” website to make things easier but it’s awful. You write a nurse or dr a message and they never respond. I have even walked in with my phone calling them (just to refill a Rx) and there’s two people at the front and no one is answering my calls. The other day, Sunday I received an automated call about confirming an appointment and they want me to call back and let them know. Why? No one ever answers the phone.

I used to really like this doctors office but lately they’ve been having a really hard time keeping on schedule. My appointment was at 3:30 for a quick follow up (10 min max) , and I’m still sitting in a doctors office after the nurse got me at 4:05 to do the starting stuff… they close at 5 and it’s 4:48 and still waiting. Not a fan.

My daughter had a great experience at this facility. It was clean, wait time was 1 minute. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They made her feel welcome & comfortable. Thank you Megan and her assistant my Bx sista!
