Very friendly and helpful
My experience was great! The staff was super friendly, you can tell they actually really care about their patients. My provider even researched my history just to make sure that he provided the right medication. I am very impressed and happy with my treatment today.
Our 1st time visit to WFBH Urgent Care exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating.
Even tho it’s about an hour from my location it was all worth it in coming to this urgent care. The staff is very professional, compassionate in delivering excellent patient care. I would highly recommend Pisgah urgent care.
I had to leave a message to ask questions about what I needed. Could not believe how fast they called me backCame just after lunch got in quick for Covid-19 testing,. Negative! Then after my primary who wouldn't see me without a negative Covid-19 test couldn't see me for 5 more days, they got me right back in to see me for that issue.Staff was super nice, very informative and I felt they were looking out for my best interests.
Probably one of my quickest and kindest doctor visits Ive ever had. I was in and out with in an hour. They even sent my scripts directly over and made sure I had a provider for a follow up apt and listened to my concerns about medications
We took our 19 month old who was running a fever. We had been turned away from 2 other Urgent Cares because of her age. They were kind and most helpful since Covid its super scary when anyone is running a temp and lethargic and they eased our worries immediately. I wish I could remember names, but I was a little distressed. They were wonderful!!
Very clean. They saw me Right away. I have already told most of my friends about wake forest urgent care. Staff were excellent.
One week ago I had the misfortune of getting bitten by noseeum bugs multiple times on my feet, ankles and legs. I tried to get appt with my regular doc but nothing available. The itching, burning and swelling were horrible so I decided to go to the closest Urgent Care being from Browns Summit, even that was a drive in but still closest to me. There was no one in the clinic when I arrived . I was greeted by the receptionist and given paperwork and waited for no more than 10 minutes, which is good. HOWEVER, from the start, the nursing assistant was attitudinal, not empathetic and generally detached as if my presence was annoying to her. She never introduced herself, there was no name tag with her credentials present and she made no offer to identify herself. I told her what happened, showed her the obvious 50+ bites and described the symptoms. She did the obligatory vitals, did not engage me and brusquely said that the PA would be in when she could now mind you I was the only patient in there. The PA finally came in and listened, asked very few questions and said well give you an injection of prednisone. Another 510 min passed and the nursing assistant returned with the injection. She actually stunned me and said it was up to me where I received the injection...the arm or the hip area. I told her usually medical staff recommended where based on the type of injection I said well Ill make it easy for you and you can put in my arm, I guess? She said whatever. WOW. Sooo. She put it in and that injection felt like it was tearing my arm off at the socket. I told her it was pretty painful and was that typical??? She looked at me condescendingly and said , it will stop in a minute. She then walked out and closed the door. The longer i sat in the chair, the sicker I got. I knew I was going to faint if I didnt get to the examining table to lie down. I made it and put my feet up on the pillow and started YELLING for some help after 5 minutes of this the nursing asst finally came in and asked what was wrong. She said I would be ok but she would get the PA, closed the door and left me alone again no emergency pull or anything. Clearly i was having a reaction to the injection. 510 more minutes passed with me yelling again of course by this Time, I was anxious, heart racing, nauseated, sweating profusely and very dizzy. PA came in and took BP, gave me some water and told me to just lay there until I felt better, which I did as it wasObvious they did not care and were going to do nothing even reassure me.I stayed there for about 20 minutes and got myself up not once did they check on me in that time. When I walked out the PA was sitting at the nurses station and THEN asked me if I was ok. My arm felt like someone had broken it and my head was pounding but I walked out as fast as I could . The attitude and lack of care was ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! DO NOT go to this shyster clinic. Its worse than awful. Thank God I made it home and saw my Dr the next day, who told me I likely had a vasovagal reaction to the shot being given in the arm. Triad Urgent Care is the absolute poster child for questionable medical care i gave it 1 star only bc there was no option for NO stars in the rating !
Do not go to Triad Urgent Care at 2005 Pisgah Church Road! This facility was on our list of in network urgent care centers for our medical insurance. We went because a family member was having severe viral type symptoms and/or food poisoning symptoms. We did not feel like it was something that needed the emergency room, but thought if it was, they could send us there. Well, they didnt even have the capability to do any bloodwork! They did a flu test, took a temp, and gave anti nausea meds and said they werent sure what was going on! Also, we did not see a doctor at all. We have been to other urgent care facilities before, and they have always had the lab to do any tests needed. We made out insurance company aware of this. I do not ever post something like this, but wanted to make people aware. If someone has had a good experience there, or works there, I am sorry but this was a total waste of time

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
