Triad Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

Probably one of my quickest and kindest doctor visits Ive ever had. I was in and out with in an hour. They even sent my scripts directly over and made sure I had a provider for a follow up apt and listened to my concerns about medications

We took our 19 month old who was running a fever. We had been turned away from 2 other Urgent Cares because of her age. They were kind and most helpful since Covid its super scary when anyone is running a temp and lethargic and they eased our worries immediately. I wish I could remember names, but I was a little distressed. They were wonderful!!

The best urgent care in Greensboro by far! Exceeded my expectations. Attentive and caring staff. Had me feeling better in no time!

I had a very rough morning looking for someone to complete a health assessment transmittal form for my 8 year old son because he wasnt allowed back in school without it. I found these people and Im so glad I did they are angels! I had no insurance and they happily took him in and he was seen within less than 10 minutes & was able to get him in and out. The staff was very accommodating and super sweet. If I ever need anything else, I will be back here.

This was a great experience. I was from out of town and needed a place to go. There was no wait and I was immediately seen. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were truly focused on helping me, even called my pharmacy at home to check past medications. I hope I dont get sick again but if so, I would definitely go here.

After waking up with a cold sore yesterday, I simply bought some Abreva because this is an easily treated problem. However, I woke up the next day with half of my upper lip completely swollen. I found Triad Urgent Care on Google and was there by 8am, all staff was prompt and friendly. I signed in on their tablet and filled out some information with the receptionist, she took my insurance card and made a copy of my card to keep on file, that is a policy of theirs. I was taken back by 8:14 and was out of the office by 8:30! Fastest experience at any urgent care ever! The PA, Stephanie Graves, was friendly and kind. She gave me a prescription for my ailment, which she had already sent to my recommended pharmacy, and told me to call or come back if my symptoms had not diminished in a few days. Thankfully, because she had already sent in my prescription herself at the office, by the time I left the office my prescription was ready at CVS and I was back home by 9am!

The ladies that treated me here today were absolute angels. I was seen very quickly and never felt rushed. Kim and Lee were amazing. The facility was so clean and organized. For being so sick, I still had a great experience!

If you have to go to Urgent Care, go to this one! I was visiting from out of state when I suffered an eye injury. Yelp reviews helped me find this place. Very friendly staff, super clean, and short wait time. I received excellent care. This place his top notch!

Great experience. I arrived about 20 minutes before closing. I thought they would be annoyed that I may cause them to stay late but that wasnt the case at all. Every person I encountered was polite, friendly, and kind. They took care of my medical concern in a professional manner and treated me with respect. The facility was spotlessly clean. I highly recommend!

Impeccably clean facility, with the most professional and friendly staff you could ask for. From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor herself, everyone went above and beyond and legitimately was concerned for my well being. I wish I could give more stars. I could not have hoped for a better experience at an urgent care, and while I hopefully wont need to for a good amount of time this is definitely where Ill return if and when that becomes necessary.
