Very friendly and helpful
Our 1st time visit to WFBH Urgent Care exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating.
My experience was great! The staff was super friendly, you can tell they actually really care about their patients. My provider even researched my history just to make sure that he provided the right medication. I am very impressed and happy with my treatment today.
Even tho it’s about an hour from my location it was all worth it in coming to this urgent care. The staff is very professional, compassionate in delivering excellent patient care. I would highly recommend Pisgah urgent care.
Very clean. They saw me Right away. I have already told most of my friends about wake forest urgent care. Staff were excellent.
We took our 19 month old who was running a fever. We had been turned away from 2 other Urgent Cares because of her age. They were kind and most helpful since Covid its super scary when anyone is running a temp and lethargic and they eased our worries immediately. I wish I could remember names, but I was a little distressed. They were wonderful!!
Probably one of my quickest and kindest doctor visits Ive ever had. I was in and out with in an hour. They even sent my scripts directly over and made sure I had a provider for a follow up apt and listened to my concerns about medications
I had to leave a message to ask questions about what I needed. Could not believe how fast they called me backCame just after lunch got in quick for Covid-19 testing,. Negative! Then after my primary who wouldn't see me without a negative Covid-19 test couldn't see me for 5 more days, they got me right back in to see me for that issue.Staff was super nice, very informative and I felt they were looking out for my best interests.
One week ago I had the misfortune of getting bitten by noseeum bugs multiple times on my feet, ankles and legs. I tried to get appt with my regular doc but nothing available. The itching, burning and swelling were horrible so I decided to go to the closest Urgent Care being from Browns Summit, even that was a drive in but still closest to me. There was no one in the clinic when I arrived . I was greeted by the receptionist and given paperwork and waited for no more than 10 minutes, which is good. HOWEVER, from the start, the nursing assistant was attitudinal, not empathetic and generally detached as if my presence was annoying to her. She never introduced herself, there was no name tag with her credentials present and she made no offer to identify herself. I told her what happened, showed her the obvious 50+ bites and described the symptoms. She did the obligatory vitals, did not engage me and brusquely said that the PA would be in when she could now mind you I was the only patient in there. The PA finally came in and listened, asked very few questions and said well give you an injection of prednisone. Another 510 min passed and the nursing assistant returned with the injection. She actually stunned me and said it was up to me where I received the injection...the arm or the hip area. I told her usually medical staff recommended where based on the type of injection I said well Ill make it easy for you and you can put in my arm, I guess? She said whatever. WOW. Sooo. She put it in and that injection felt like it was tearing my arm off at the socket. I told her it was pretty painful and was that typical??? She looked at me condescendingly and said , it will stop in a minute. She then walked out and closed the door. The longer i sat in the chair, the sicker I got. I knew I was going to faint if I didnt get to the examining table to lie down. I made it and put my feet up on the pillow and started YELLING for some help after 5 minutes of this the nursing asst finally came in and asked what was wrong. She said I would be ok but she would get the PA, closed the door and left me alone again no emergency pull or anything. Clearly i was having a reaction to the injection. 510 more minutes passed with me yelling again of course by this Time, I was anxious, heart racing, nauseated, sweating profusely and very dizzy. PA came in and took BP, gave me some water and told me to just lay there until I felt better, which I did as it wasObvious they did not care and were going to do nothing even reassure me.I stayed there for about 20 minutes and got myself up not once did they check on me in that time. When I walked out the PA was sitting at the nurses station and THEN asked me if I was ok. My arm felt like someone had broken it and my head was pounding but I walked out as fast as I could . The attitude and lack of care was ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! DO NOT go to this shyster clinic. Its worse than awful. Thank God I made it home and saw my Dr the next day, who told me I likely had a vasovagal reaction to the shot being given in the arm. Triad Urgent Care is the absolute poster child for questionable medical care i gave it 1 star only bc there was no option for NO stars in the rating !
Do not go to Triad Urgent Care at 2005 Pisgah Church Road! This facility was on our list of in network urgent care centers for our medical insurance. We went because a family member was having severe viral type symptoms and/or food poisoning symptoms. We did not feel like it was something that needed the emergency room, but thought if it was, they could send us there. Well, they didnt even have the capability to do any bloodwork! They did a flu test, took a temp, and gave anti nausea meds and said they werent sure what was going on! Also, we did not see a doctor at all. We have been to other urgent care facilities before, and they have always had the lab to do any tests needed. We made out insurance company aware of this. I do not ever post something like this, but wanted to make people aware. If someone has had a good experience there, or works there, I am sorry but this was a total waste of time
After waking up with a cold sore yesterday, I simply bought some Abreva because this is an easily treated problem. However, I woke up the next day with half of my upper lip completely swollen. I found Triad Urgent Care on Google and was there by 8am, all staff was prompt and friendly. I signed in on their tablet and filled out some information with the receptionist, she took my insurance card and made a copy of my card to keep on file, that is a policy of theirs. I was taken back by 8:14 and was out of the office by 8:30! Fastest experience at any urgent care ever! The PA, Stephanie Graves, was friendly and kind. She gave me a prescription for my ailment, which she had already sent to my recommended pharmacy, and told me to call or come back if my symptoms had not diminished in a few days. Thankfully, because she had already sent in my prescription herself at the office, by the time I left the office my prescription was ready at CVS and I was back home by 9am!
Forgot about me in the office, waited for 30 minutes then eventually stepped outside to see my doctor on her phone. Asked if I could leave and she says oh yeah sorry I forgot. Never going back.
Worst service every . Not sure where the all these reviews come from ! To start wait times are unreal even in a empty office. Dont waste your time its no different here then at all the other crap urgent cares in town . You already know your going to hit up a urgent care do whats the easiest and go to the closest one . You will be let down at this facility. Aside from all that they seem to operate on there own rules unlike any hospital or dr. Or ER Ive ever been to . They will ask to hold your credit card for charges later
Pretty disappointed. I called in to see whether they accepted my insurance. They said that they did. After waiting an hour and half they had me fill out forms and I was told that despite my insurance card saying that the Urgent Care copay was $20, they charged as a specialist meaning my copay was $50. Why couldnt they have told me when I called? I was quoted a 60 90 minute wait time. I actually waited 2.5 hours to be seen. The provider told me that he was going to call in a Phenergan cough syrup. He didnt (they shouldnt have sent it to the wrong pharmacy as the young lady who took my information told me it was the same pharmacy her Dad uses).Update 12/16/18I got a call from Triad Urgent Care to apologize for the confusion yesterday. They also said my prescription was ready. It turns out that they called in the prescription at 9:30 last night after I posted my review and well after both the pharmacy and Triad closed. Not good.
Thank you to Rhonda and Michelle for taking good care of me today! They are both so sweet and so kind. I instantly felt I was in good hands when I checked in. My visit was quick and hasslefree. No wait time. Also appreciated the good humor and spirits to turn my mood around. I walked out feeling much better than when I came in.
Surprisingly, I have not felt as though I received the best care during the three visits and phone calls over the past month. This is disappointing, because my family and I have previously had very positive experiences here and the staff has always been very kind. Though it may not matter to some, I have also spent quite a bit of time and money here, since January. During this entire experience, things felt off. It is a busy season (flu, strep, etc.) and I understand that things happen. However, the last straw took place during my last conversation, and I am unsure about whether I will go back. A word of advice, when you are being condescending as if this is not insulting enough DO NOT call me honey.
Great experience. I arrived about 20 minutes before closing. I thought they would be annoyed that I may cause them to stay late but that wasnt the case at all. Every person I encountered was polite, friendly, and kind. They took care of my medical concern in a professional manner and treated me with respect. The facility was spotlessly clean. I highly recommend!
I would not recommend them they asked me to do an online check in, since I was pressed for time . They scheduled me online for 3:50pm I get there and they gave my apt to someone else ...I showed them my email ...sorry was the answer and I was asked to wait 45 minutes.
If you have to go to Urgent Care, go to this one! I was visiting from out of state when I suffered an eye injury. Yelp reviews helped me find this place. Very friendly staff, super clean, and short wait time. I received excellent care. This place his top notch!
The ladies that treated me here today were absolute angels. I was seen very quickly and never felt rushed. Kim and Lee were amazing. The facility was so clean and organized. For being so sick, I still had a great experience!
