My experience meeting Dr Dawley for the first time was great. He was very pleasant, kind and understanding. He took the time to explain, and give his action of treatment. I did not feel rushed or like just another patient to see. I am confident that I will be given the best treatment and care. Working the medical field for almost 23 years I knew what to look for and the right way to be treated and from the front desk to the back, I was not disappointed.

I was extremely impressed with Dr. Dawley. He spends time showing you your x-rays and MRI and answering any questions, and I had a lot of them! He offered to see me again next month so we could evaluate my situation and set up a surgery date if I was ready. Really felt better after my visit with him.

Dr. Troy Dawley at Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine Associates he is a great and caring doctor. He listens to your concerns and wants only the best outcome for you during surgery and your recovery. I recommend anyone who has neck or back problems to go see Dr. Dawley . For me he’s the best!

Dr Dawley is a great doctor and neurosurgeon. First he isn’t eager to operate which I really like. He tries to find alternative methods first. I need surgery on both my back and neck but we are doing epidurals and nerve blocks to try to avoid surgery. I like that. Most surgeons want to operate. Believe me I know. Great doctor.

I really like Dr. Dawlley, he takes time to listen to you and very nice...my only complaint is that Wednesday I waited 1 hour in the patient room..they said he was running late , after I flagged someone down to see if I was overlooked....Never had to wait that long to see him before. But things happen. He's a good Dr.😊

Dr Dawley is an amazing person and a very knowledgeable doctor he diagnosed exactly what was going on with my spine . I must say he is too good for his age . Bless him. I have never been satisfied before with other doctors cuz no one could diagnose . I am happy to be his patient .
