Have been waiting over 30 minutes to have my TB test read. Multiple people have come in after me and have already been seen. Will definitely not ever be coming here again

This is the best urgent care that I’ve been to and will likely be my go to for my family. Tamra was amazing and so were the nurses that I came into contact with. They have awesome “bed side manner.” I felt like my concerns were heard and addressed. My waits weren’t long at all. Highly recommend!

It was a busy Saturday but I needed care before Monday. I was fine to wait. The staff at Atrium were so professional keeping me informed of my place in line. When my turn came up I was given very professional care and lab work taken. I was called in a prescription to start and first thing Monday the NP called me to say that the sensitivities were back and I needed to change medicine. How’s that for being in the ball! My urologist was also informed of the weekend events as she called me to make sure I was better.The urgent care center was clean and neat with masks and social distancing at work. I chose to sit in my car and was notified when my turn came up and my preliminary lab results were already in the patient portal. I felt informed and knew my problem was being addressed.I will definitely go back if the need arises. Sincerely. Debbie

Worst place did took my kid there waited 2 hours and another hour and 20min inside at the end nothing wasted time and put my kid through all of that very disappointing with our health facilities like this.

I have always had a great experience coming to this urgent care. Today, I had the pleasure of seeing Milissa Fitzgerald, PA. She spent a lot of time with me, was thorough, explained my issue and the next steps with lab testing and prescriptions. She is a truly compassionate person.

Non caring facility. By the way, you will not even see doctor at this location either. They want to do what they want to do instead of listening to the patient. I do not recommend this place.

Stacy one of the NP on the pediatric side is extremely unprofessional! My daughter was seen for a kidney infection that was misdiagnosed by Stacy. She obviously lacked the knowledge and was calling other people to ask how to handle the situation. The wrong medication was prescribed for her condition and was caught by the pharmacist. My daughter ended up needing a higher level of care because of Stacy’s incompetence!

They are the best here hands down the pediatrics side is AMAZING 🤩 they will ALWAYS make sure that your child has the proper care that they need. Whenever I leave here I always feel like my kids are in great hands and they’ve had the best treatment and care they could have received. Dr.Jacinta is AMAZING THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS taking care of my babies ❤️ And the adult side truly is amazing as well this whole establishment is just caring and wonderful the staff is wonderful all the nurses X-ray techs receptionist everyone I just love them all so much they’ve taken care of me a couple times. They are the definition of the caring health care workers you want on your team.❤️ And they are as efficient as they can physically be.💪💪

Will not answer the phone. Was seen and told they would do lab work and give a call. No suggestions no help or other answers. The next day I called and called then they finally answered and mumbled the results of the lab work which I didn't understand and when asked to explain she just kept saying she didn't know what that means and to go to a family doctor. Waste of money and a scam.

Excellent experience with these nurses and doctors.
