Everybody I came in contact with was extremely nice. I’m terrified of the hospital but I quickly felt so comfortable and I couldn’t be more thankful with how I was treated.

Worse wait times in the world This hospital makes not effort whatsoever to show any initiative to keep patients up to date with whats going on with their care. Got to the ER at about 10am and 3 12 hours later still no movement. Finally had to call hospital and talk to someone in ER to find out what the hold up was. Told she is second in line for a bed. No beds upstairs so waiting on discharges in ER. Cant tell me anything about times So glad this is not a life or death emergency. However the way this staff moves I doubt dropping dead in the waiting room would phase them at all. Last visit here ever Be warned
I had a surgery back to March. I was told it is in network of my insurance coverage. Now I just received a bill on September from ACNC about a anaesthetization during the procedure. They charge me close to $2000 It is showing the provider out of network and this is my portion What you talking about Why dont you tell me before the surgery? I paid $4500 out of pocket already. I am broke Now you want take my kids covid relief money from me? Shame on you

I was in a 3 car accident on June 4th 2021 I was the middle car.I.was brought in by ambulance and taken to triage I have severe spine problems anyway and after the accident I could not feel my left leg they took me out of the ambulance and put me in a wheelchair my pain was severe and I sat in that wheelchair for 6 hours nothing for pain I wound up being admitted.for 2 days. Cone Health has really went downhill. I.would have gotten better treatment at the vets.
Word of caution if the emergency room personnel perform a partial stitching to an open wound on your fingers and refer you to a hand specialist for further consideration. Advise the hospital that you would like the hand specialist to review the X Rays on line and you will wait for confirmation if there is anything the hand specialist can do. If the hand specialist advised that there is nothing they can do remain at the hospital and request that the hospital personnel completely stich close your open wounds. Otherwise if you go back at a later time during that same day or another date to have your fingers completely stitched close you will be charged with two visits at the Emergency Room and have to pay two insurance deductibles.
My mom went to the er and they were rude and my mom asked for a blanket and they told someone else that if u are cold then why did u not stay at ur house and she went at 8pm and they did not take her in until 430am and they told her is she wanted to go into the bed they told she needs to pay 350$ right now card or cash and my mom said oh i thought this was a er not a hotelAnd they did not find nothing wrong with her this is a bad experience and I will never go there again the nurses on the night shift the were laughing and the people in plain so rude dont go there EVER STAY OUT OF THERE

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
