I have given this place my last dollars. They are never on time even when I'm early, They always want 50.00 at the front desk, for what I don't know because I have great insurance. The nurses that work for her are great but she has no sense of time and from every time I've been she doesn't care about your time. There is no need to make and appointment a year out because when you get there , they are never ready or on time.

expect to wait for a looong time even if you have had and appointment for a year. Nevr really had good service but once, so I fired her and rolled on to dr in dermatology. They have no internet service for their customers so expect a boring and long wait. She is never on time.

worst ever enough said, if you have and appointment time, they will never see you on time. make sure you have at least 3 hours to waste. no internet when you are waiting

I could not have been more pleased with my visit to eastern dermatology in Greenville. Everyone was so considerate and compassionate. I highly recommend them!!!

Dr. Mary Helen Hutchinson is wonderful! She is one of the most thorough doctors I have ever been to see. She is caring and very compassionate. Dr. Hutchinson takes her time. My best friend told me about Dr. Hutchinson. I am happy that I am on of her patients. Her nurse Vicki and the other nurses are a fine team. She is a sweet doctor!

I had my first visit today and found the staff friendly and helpful. Dr. Hutchinson and her nurse were very caring and compassionate. My sincere thanks to all.

Dr. Hutchinson is a gifted physician and consistently kind with genuine empathy. When a biopsy is needed she'll rush anything suspicious and call after hours with results good or otherwise. If the specimen is malignant, the surgery is scheduled quickly. She refers to partner, Richard Lewis, MD a board certified mohs surgeon if she believes he can deliver a better aesthetic outcome. Her staff is gentle and kind and they truly work as a team. I travel to see her as many others do from Raleigh, Goldsboro and other locations through out NC. One should never complain if there is a wait because those before you are receiving the same level of care you do.
