The workers are very nice and caring.the doctor is awesome he works fast.
If I could give minus stars I would. The front staff is awful and very unprofessional. They mess up scheduling all the time, talk about patients in front of other patients. Today they refused to see my fiance for his scheduled appointment and when he called back to leave a message for the Dr they put him on hold and never talked to him. What they did today was illegal and I hope the Dr is aware the way the front staff behaved. Horrible place for someone who depends on pain management to live
Don't do it!!!! If you are in pain to the point you need pain specialists , you are already in a different headspace. This place is one of if not the most unprofessional, inconsiderate and unhelpful places I have ever had to deal with and mind you I'm not the patient but a family member. There is always one or two that is/are kind usually support staff. My main grievance is the PA Candice. She is hateful, rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate to name a few. She speaks ugly to patients not just my family member and threatens their care when other doctors try to pick up where this office lacks i.e. improving the quality of care of the patient. This is an ongoing theme in the waiting area/ parking lot among patients who feel stuck to keep from being flagged for drug seeking behaviors by switching or whose insurance would make it difficult to switch. Furthermore, if you require a wheelchair to move around, please show up with one as they remove at will theirs if they have them. Also, make sure you are able to move the chair on your own or have someone with you that can or you will likely not be seen. It is this office's policy/stance that it not a part of your care to be pushed to the back or out in a wheelchair. Save yourself or family member the frustration or stress of having to deal with the antics seen here in an already difficult period of their lives. I implore you to seek care elsewhere from the start. I wish I could give a half star.
If it were possible to give 0 stars. I was a patient here for years. Several times they mentioned injections and I informed them I was allergic and not a candidate for the injections. They looked in my chart and saw I was telling the truth. On one of my last visits they mentioned injections again and I said I was allergic. They got very nasty and said I needed something from my doctor in writing. My doctor sent what they requested and I showed up for my next appointment and was advised that since I could not take the injections they had decided not to keep me on as a patient and cancelled my appointment and kicked me out just because i wouldnt take an injection that i am allergic to and would cause me harm. Apparently I was not a big enough billing gain as an office visit. They are rude at times and friendly others. They sit at the desk up front and mock patients and their needs where other patients can hear the conversations. At no time did I have any issues in compliance but I would show up at my appointments and not known if they were going to be in a good mood or bad mood. They will be nice as long as they think they can bill and make money off you, otherwise you're useless to them and they make that no secret.
Nice people

Had my first appointment today at 2pm. Message said to arrive 30 minutes early. Mkay, no problem. I leave my house THREE HOURS before my appointment (I live 2 hours from there). Mind you, this was my first time EVER driving to Greenville alone and I hate traffic. I run in to dozens of road construction sites, loads of traffic, and then arrive at my appointment at 1:32p. Receptionist is like “yeah, we have to reschedule, you’re late”. 🤯🤬 I explain to her it wasn’t my fault about the road work and everything else, only for her to reply “well, you need to leave earlier then”! When I tell you I stormed out of that building and had to sit in my car for a good 20 minutes before leaving, and driving another 2ish hours..NEVER again.
Have you ever have a doctor jump at you and tell yell at you like you're their kids I'm a 70-year-old woman and one of the doctors still thinking of the hurt that she calls me and I had to cry over that there just jumped at me because I was one minute late and she says I don't care if you were late one minute we do not put up with this so I told her that the cuz that's where I got the info from the front desk She must have been having a bad day but I never had a doctor almost jump at me telling me do you hear me do you hear me then she said You're done you can leave now mind you I'm on a walker and my legs were getting really numb and she kept telling me that I could leave I see you got to wait I says my legs don't feel right So she must have been having a bad day
They help me keep my pain in control
If you are on any benzos for anxiety or PTSD, etc he will not treat you until you have passed 3 clean urine test over 3 months. he will have you sign a contract that only he can prescribe you meds when he doesn't prescribe meds. this doctor is ONLY INTERESTED IN GIVING SHOTS. I've had 2 or 3 different kinds and they did not work. his answer was bc the other Drs who gave me the shots were not sophisticated in that area. so when I asked what was the success rate of his proposed treatment he didn't have a definitive answer. it was a rabbit hole conversation. I do not recommend going here. it was a waste of time and money. shots are big business and they do not work for everyone. but imo if you have insurance I'm not sure that part matters. *IF EVERY PERSON IS DIFFERENT, HOW CAN THIS DR PRESCRIBE THE SAME TREATMENT FOR EVERYONE? UNLESS IT'S NOT ABOUT THE PERSON BUT ABOUT THE MONEY. IMO.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
