The receptionist Stacey attempted to make a decision regarding a Rx that only a PA or Dr should be making. The PA or Dr. oniste today stated that I would have to be reevaluated in order to obtain a antibiotic Rx that the PA from previous visit informed me to call back and request. This place is a clown show.

Staff was very nice Could not have asked for anyone to seem more caring. I needed to be seen because I know I have bronchitis I get this a few times a year and I only get well with an antibiotic a steroid and an inhaler which I did receive and just wish they would have gave this to me so I wouldn’t have to go into my family physicians office. Overall I had a pleasant visit just wish I would have received the meds I actually needed.

So far they are pretty nice and helpful

The person that answered our call stacey a techthat took our call literally told my husband to hurry up because she had someone else waiting. She was completely rude even when she actually called back. People dont come to urgent care for fun. Anyone should treat people with respect especially if you are in health care. We were however very thankful for kim a paramedic that was very professional and courteous.

I HATE leaving bad reviews but I felt like this needed to be said. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. As someone who has worked in healthcare and with the public then you know the level of care and respect you should give your patients and customers. I have used this drs office a total of 3 times. First 2 times were pleasant and the doctor was great. The 3rd time how ever was terrible. The staff was beyond rude and not willing to help and the doctor sent me on my way with giving me no information about what was going on with me. Only prescribed me medicine and sent me on my way along with several other incidents. I have no idea why your staff has changed but it isnt working. Rudest and most unhelpful staff I have ever encountered.

Every time I’ve been there there has been no wait Clint is always very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend

At one time I loved this office. It’s very uncomfortable there. Almost like they didn’t want my husband there. He needed a check up after a car accident last week. During Covid it’s hard to get into your primary care. But I’m sure they didn’t mind taking your money. You’re a doctors office and health care isn’t cheap. You should treat your patients better. It’s a sad society we live in these days. You’re more shocked when you’re treated well than you are badly. We walk into a place expecting to be treated rudely. I hated to have to leave these two stars. You gave him a note I’ll give you a star for that 👏 you shouldn’t treat people that way. To add Dr. Nathan wasn’t there today. He’s the best. But as for the office staff and the male doctor in today you all need some help with manners. You’d think by now you would know better. Grow up

I called to get strep culture results that were sent out 3 days ago and the receptionist was very snippy and rude on the phone. On top of that I still have not gotten the results. Very disappointed in the turn around time..

Saw Dr. Nathan yesterday. Best Dr. Ive seen in a while. I wish he had an office permanently.

Great service easy in and out and usually no wait time
