I have nothing but GOOD things to say about the staff, and doctor. They have accommodated my family multiple times when they were sick. The doctor who has been there this past year has been awesome. The front staff and nurses are always so caring, and love to see my kids each time we come in. I would recommend them above any other office around The entire office is very colorful, and inviting. We LOVE this office!!

Phone never works, nor do they. No communication, no stability, no availability. Thought they were great at first even recommended friends to go there. The past two years have been awful.

was told to bring my 15 month old son in to get tested for covid and prescribed some meds, we called for 30 minutes and got sent to the after line and even gave them time to finish their lunch break + minutes after and tried again, nothing. now we’re looking for somewhere else to help us😐 the staff are the friendliest ladies ever and are so sweet to my son but the service is terrible especially for something this serious??? i wasn’t as mad until i saw other parents are struggling with this issue. fix it :’)

Awful experience with Dr. Burke. Would not recommend them. I have special needs children and she is not organized, nor is her office staff organized or educated. Very careless, lost my sons file, claims they never had an apt with him when they did. Didn’t understand the schools simple forms required by pender county schools. Awful experience.

As always my children leave happy big thank you to dr.Burke for always making sure I as a parent feel confident in knowing I’m doing great for my children and huge appreciation to Alyssa and Adrianna for always taking such good care of my babies my kids are always excited to go to the doctors for sick visits for well checks and even for their vaccinations I highly recommend this office and I couldn’t imagine a better place to take my babies
