I’m trying to understand how you allow someone to book an appointment and when you pull up at your scheduled time, there is a sign on the door that says we’re temporarily closed. What happened to a phone call to the patient to let them know before they drive out of their way to be seen as scheduled?

I was seen by a PA named Mark and he was the best I’ve seen. He answered my questions throughly and you could tell he genuinely cared about getting me better. To add, I arrived an hour before they closed and he did not rush me out the door. He was very helpful in every way.

There is nothing “Fast” or “Urgent” about this FastMed Urgent Care. I had to wait over an hour just to do a pre-employment drug screening. You have to wait to do something that takes less than 1 minute complete.

The morning staff was not great. I had a 9:30 appointment and when I got there she said I have to reschedule pa is sick. That was fine no problem, we scheduled 1:45 same day. When I went back I checked in and sat. After waiting an hour and half the front desk lady wanted me to leave and come back at 4:15. I was like no way! Apparently the girl that morning put me in as a no show for 9:30 and then didn’t reschedule me. Once the staff realized what happened they seen me within a few minutes.

These people care and actually treat the patients sickness. They don’t seem to be focused on Covid money but rather take pride in patient care! If you need to see a Dr., I’d recommend them over any other urgent care in the area!
