Absolutely love this drs office! Lady’s at the desk are always kind as well as the nurses in the back! And Dr Jim is absolutely the best!! Always listens and takes my concerns seriously!! He never makes me wait on a care plan he jumps into action! And when I call in with a question he personally calls me not the receptionist never had a dr return my calls!!!

This place is great. Nice staff, excellent care givers who seem to really care. Dr.s Crawley and Acero are both great. Glad I chose here for my primary practice clinic

I saw many negative posts but thought i would try any way. It says they take walk ins...apparently they dont. I got there a little after 8 am and called from the parking lot. I was told they wouldnt see me even though there weren't many cars in the parking lot. They need to remove "walkins welcome" because apparently they arent!

Great Providers and Staff, I have been coming to this Urgent/Primary Care for years and am always greeted by name and with a smile! It makes not feeling well just a little better. They always get me in and out and listen to my concerns.

Unprofessional. The entire staff. I had staples in my body and I told them exactly where and why and who did them. They made me an appointment and at the appointment they acted like they had no idea I called and told them the situation. They referred me to a facials place to have my staples that aren't in my face removed.

The staff here is amazingly sweet, the doctor is funny and listens. I'm not sure why it has bad reviews but I highly recommend them.

This Urgent Care clinic was worth the drive for me. I had to wait about 2 hours as there were about 8 or 9 people ahead of me. The PA was very thorough and very proper with me, left me very satisfied with the outcome. They were so good, they understood how to help me prevent the issue from returning which was a lot better compared to another facility I used a few years ago. I feel blessed.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. I called and made a same day appointment. I was self pay and informed of the cost up front. It is no more than any other self pay cost and you can't blame them on the price. Blame our horrible Healthcare system.🤷♀️. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and apologized about my short wait. Loved her blue hair! 💙 Was called back rather quickly and was seen by the doctor shortly after. He was extremely caring and wanted to make sure I called if I wasn't feeling better. Thankfully I am starting to feel a bit better. As for the reviews I see here, it looks like entitled people who can't read the signs posted all around the office regarding scheduling and costs.
