I was on hold for over 15 minutes just for a fax number, when the phone was finally transferring me to someone, the call was transferred over to someone's voice mail. I had to call back in and wait yet again. I work for a hospital and this is not acceptable. When I called back the lady said can you please hold and I was talking to her she just put me on hold, all of this for a fax number to assist a mutual patient. Being treated rudely at another hospital is disgusting and I pray and hope they do not treat the patients the same way. I see why the patients are being referred to other physicians. Can't blame them AT ALL

Ive never even laid eyes on Dr Hubbard, I always see the PA Andrew Pinkerton. The office staff never answer phone calls and rarely return messages. They office staff are nice and sweet until you start asking questions or disagreeing with them, asking for a second opinion is met with rudeness and threats. I'm not joking. I had to make my own appointments with specialists and then call the office to get them to transfer the referral only to get threatened with dismissal. This office is a joke.
